  I agree….I am afraid you are right, Jenny. I think terrifying times are ahead of us and that it won’t be long. Guns don’t kill people….bad people do. That man shouldn’t have been allowed to plead down to manslaughter. He should have been tried for murder one.

  Also…laws don’t prevent crimes. I think consequences (when they fit the crime) do deter some people, but more gun laws will just take legally owned guns out of the hands of law-abiding citizens not out of the hands of criminals.

  One of our problems is the fact that the government does control the media. Both are full of left-wing Marxists.

  One of the problems is: Schools are “no-gun zones” which means that ONLY the nut-job shooter like this guy can have a gun. If teachers were armed (and, of course trained) this nut-job could have been stopped long before there were so many dead. I noticed on the newscast that the police responded with dogs AND GUNS!! Teachers should be allowed (and trained) to defend themselves and their children.

  Chicago and New York City have the toughest gun control laws in the country AND the highest rate of gun crimes. Guns don’t kill people….people do….and when guns are taken away from law-abiding citizens, that leaves only the criminals armed.

  That is SO true. I wonder what people will do when Obama’s stash (OUR tax money) runs out. This will make the grocery store riots look like a picnic.

  AMEN…..You are SO right. When was the last time you saw an older driver texting while driving?? Not many get ticketed for DUIs either.
