This should be considered fraud resulting in immediate release of voted positions. These people owe it to the Republican Voters who put them in office to stay in line with their doctrine. No TRUE REPUBLICAN / CONSERVATIVE would vote for this. They committed FRAUD against the voters to gain positions.
