The age of Consent in FL is 16 years old and this child is below that threshold. The argument she is making is that she deserves special treatment because of the lifestyle she chooses to live. I am the father of 3 girls and if some adult was having sex with my children(Man or Woman) I would take some sort of action.

I wasn’t aware that the Constitution is a privilege that some lawmakers can give and take willy-nilly. If you replace the last 3 words with “practice your religion” or ” speak against government” or ‘forced to quarter soldiers” so on and so forth would it really be any more unconstitutional?
