I sided with the cop in this case. These two guys followed him and picked a fight – over a candy wrapper! Overall, and considering the cop knew right away that these guys were screwing with him, I’d say the officer handled himself decently. When asked who owns this land we’re on, the cop replied “God.” The civilians would’ve faired better had they not picked such a silly matter to battle over.

Never let a good crisis pass you by… You know Barry & Company are drafting some law that will further infringe on your civil rights. Bigger government is the ONLY reason Obama would take the time to do anything other than rake-in cash.

Okay, so I knock on your front door, then inform you that I recently treated a now dead ebola patient and I’m running a low-grade fever, but I’d like to come inside and sit with you in a small room with recirculated air for say, a couple of hours. Would you let me in?

Glitch – Do-Over … As a Vet, I’ve had my ups and downs with the VA. There were times when help for psychiatric or physical care was readily available and times when I had to jump through unnecessary hoops and press my case to be heard. Overall, my personal experience with the VA has been positive and I’m grateful for the care.

THAT SAID, there are many Vets who are so disabled from combat they cannot endure the torment of a government bureaucratic maze, and apathy, and make the ultimate sacrifice rather than go on. I’ve personally witnessed 2 Vets kill themselves – one of them was in the room next to mine in a VA unit.

Last night, Montel Williams offered a simple solution to the current, disgraceful situation of a number of hospitals within the VA system. If our so-called Commander-In-Chief runs his usual course – feign anger, go golfing and off to a fundraiser to rub elbows with celebs, nothing will change. If we ALL make it clear to our Reps and the President that this will not go away, then there is hope.

In the meantime, might I suggest a solution that I learned during my early years seeking help from the VA. When I needed help for ptsd, major depression, etc., I would walk into a VA emergency room and tell them that I was suicidal AND had a plan to carry it out – often times that was the truth.

Do you know a Vet in trouble? Get him to any VA and have him tell them he’s suicidal with a plan. He WILL be checked-in, voluntarily or by force. It might save

Glenn’s exchange with Montel Williams on tonight’s show was a sterling example of two men placing ‘principles before personalities’ for the sake of others.

I say ‘mock progressives’ at every chance. Why? Because their arrogance begs us to exploit them.

In order to thwart violent domestic protests over this video, the president just signed the “ObamaPhone Sensitivity-Training Act” … All Americans enrolled in ObamaCare must complete the course or be subject to IRS fines, penalties, federal tax liens and confiscation of personal property … that is all …

Last night, around 9:00 or so, I tuned-in to “The Passion’ on Netflix. My Wi-Fi connection was terrible, interrupting the film a dozen times or more, but oddly enough, the story climax ended precisely at Midnight and the resolution, Jesus’ re-birth, played out at 12:01 – Easter Sunday.

In context to God’s testing the faith of Abraham (Old Testament) by commanding him to sacrifice his son, Isaac, we see the suffering of ‘the father’ as well. Although God stopped the sacrifice at the last moment, Abraham suffered immensely alongside his son. In other words, God suffered the horror of the crucifixion along with His son, Jesus. Would the Good News of everlasting life have resonated with mankind if Jesus had lived a happy-go-lucky life on Earth and died peacefully in His sleep? Would you still be seeking answers that explain that event? Please give it a think.

    Holy Christ!

I may not agree, in part, with Glenn, on the Bundy Ranch thing, but for crying out loud, I cannot believe the posts in here.

Someone tosses out a personal ‘theory’ on Glenn’s motives in this case, and the next thing you know a theory becomes a fact – chiseled in stone!

IF the account was, clearly & visibly, a parody, then I’d side with the defendants.

IF the defendants swiped the mayor’s name and assumed his identity, then they should be prosecuted.

IF someone swiped my identity and posted erroneous messages in my name, I’d damn sure want them prosecuted … Yes?

What caught my eye was the ‘chicken scratch’ hand writing on the second questionnaire. In my day, we had better skills in kindergarten!

YA KNOW WHAT … I don’t much care who precisely, exactly, definitively, to the millimeter owns the land or isn’t paying for this or that, or who’s trespassing on whose property … What’s matters to me is these courageous souls in Nevada are taking government thugs to task -… And I’ll tell you why I feel this way about it …

RUBY RIDGE: Whether or not Randy Weaver broke the law, he could have been arrested, quietly and without incident, in town, by authorities. But, instead, the Feds infiltrated his property, shot his dog, then gunned down his son and blew away his wife, who was holding their infant child in her arms at that moment, by sniper fire.

WACO: Again, whatever laws, if any, were actually broken, the local sheriff stated later that he offered to arrest David Koresh, a man he knew personally. But, instead, Janet Reno oversaw the invasion of the Branch Davidian RANCH. Innocent men, women and children were gassed and shot down like animals, then bulldozed into oblivion … That’s why.
