  • Not only churches ,but let’s say photographers or bakeries. Will they be legally required (forced at the barrel of a gun) to do something they don’t believe in? Silly question, since it’s playing out right now in the states that allow gay marriage. Gay marriage means the state will trample the religious rights of others.

  • Marriage being a religious institution means the government can’t legally pass laws that define it one way or another. The government having a hand in marriage at all is unconstitutional, meaning government, at any level, claiming it as legal or illegal is unconstitutional law.

  • As a religious institution marriage is unconstitutional as a government contract. Reading the first amendment? Why do that or why care? People read the second amendment and don’t understand what “shall not infringe” means so why give a crap about the first?

  • Giving birth successfully after having necrotizing fasciitis in her abdomen, that’s the miracle.

  • Presidents and their families didn’t always have armed guards….You don’t know a lot about what your talking about it seems, it was after a few incidents armed guards and security were thought of. Wtf is a rapid fire gun? That could literally mean every gun ever made. Also, if everyone carried a gun, we don’t become an armed military state, just an armed public which isn’t a bad thing. Military weapons aren’t available easily, cheapily, or readily to any civilian. You have no point and don’t know what your talking about, go to the back of the line.

  • Also, a rifle is better for home defense over a handgun. Handguns are popular for defense only because they are easier to conceal. If a rifle was just as easy to conceal as a handgun, everyone would do that instead. Your mistaken on this point. As in the above post, your also mistaken on why people would own the weapons with your derogatory accusations. I have no problem consenting to additional gun control laws as long as new laws keeping stupid and ignorant people from voting are put into effect first. Deal?

  • I can see you’ve never had to shoot anyone before. High capacity magazines are magazines designed to hold more bullets than the original design of the gun. So a 30rd mag is standard, just like 15 round mags for glocks, berretas, etc Which also makes 7-8 round magazines for the 1911 standard. They exist and were designed for 2 specific reasons, semi auto and standard magazine capacity over 10 rounds. 1) Failure to stop~ More than a few times while deployed my infantry brothers would tell me they had to shoot someone several times to stop them, 2-4 times normally with a rifle, not a handgun which normally takes more to stop someone. 2) Multiple attackers. Insurgents didn’t attack 1 at a time. 15 people attack you with an average of 2-4 bullets to stop(We’ll use 3 for ease) You will run dry before stopping all of the attackers since you have 30 in the mag and need 45 to stop them..Assuming you don’t miss. Best example of this was this or last week? Woman in Georgia shot a man 5 times and did not kill or actually stop him, he just lost the will to fight, but he managed to get up and run away. Had he been determined to harm, that woman would not have done well or would be dead. The army fielded the 1911 for that reason alone since at least 1 army officer was killed by a machete wielding attacker. He killed the attacker after unloading his 6 shots from his service revolver into him, but he took the machete to his head. Semiauto and standard mag size of 10+ exist for good reason

  • Hey Keaton, he didn’t go to the court to pass the ACA. It was forced through and if anyone has forgotten actually made veiled threats if the SC tossed the ACA out. The one thing that would qualify the most though is having a secret meeting and deciding it’s ok to kill an American citizen without trial, denying him his rights under the constitution, that’s the big thing.

  • RanePowel~ Endorsing a new “assault” weapons ban. All of his votes involving guns while a senator. His comments about AR’s. I can go on and provide video if you like.

  • She didn’t accuse him of stealing, it’s assumed.
