I do too! I'll definitely give them an extra hug...all 5 of them, now! :)

I can tell you, bobad, that I was not “kicked out,” forced out, fired or anything like that. It was just time to move on! I decided to focus on the people that I dealt with most.

CAmom, I appreciate that. But don’t be too bummed. You still have a great team here taking care of you you. And to all the people complaining about the ads and such, I can promise you it’s getting better and there are some exciting changes coming.

nice holes... now, how about fish?
how big, how many, winner - such details would have greatly improved article.
i'm sure answers are only a phone call away and they'd be happy to share a few stills with you.
large percentage of glenn's loyal readers fish & hunt, don 'cha no
i'm sure the sponsers are grateful for the blaze exposure...
Old blacksmith - fish from a few ounces to a few pounds... Prizes from gift cards to pick-up trucks (and a few mildly used ice augers).
Got the International Eelpout Festival coming up in February - by then the cold weather has gotten to us and the event is a bit crazier...
And a smart-ass to boot.
Nice - thanks.
Work took me to Winnipeg through MN. Lots of fishin up there channel cats in red river @ lockport the best.
Guess you good people got the same fish going on and I'm sure they feed through the winter (or they'd starve).
I'm sure it's fun and you can get rite on top of them... but we don't have that kind of ice in PA.
Besides, if I really really need to go fishin in the winter, I got family & friends on Florida gulf coast. 8^)
I shouldn't have sounded too excited about fishing through a frosty hole...
I prefer a warm boat and a cold beer ;)

You have to click “newest” on the upper left to filter them by the most recent.
We have a good division of labor: I get the fun stories!
wow. like a strings version of Bobby McFerrin.
i happily retract the sentiment then, Jonathan.

There are actually a lot of people who use sports to help them rejuvenate. You may not see the value, but the amount of people who click on sports stories on this website proves that that answer to your question is: a lot!
For a lot of people, in order for them to be able to focus on the more “serious” topics, they need a respite. And what better way to get it than rallying around the United States?
Your point is noted, Jonathon. However, all major sports in today's world has an agenda. Soccer is as politicized as football, baseball and basketball. To Paladin's point, who cares?
Yea, and there are getting to be more every day. All those illegals must be loving having all the cable coverage at the "relocation" centers...
I see about as much "value" as the Romans, their gladiator games and their victims.
How about if the BLAZE were to report on some real stories...like THE VA SCANDAL...and how Dept of Homelend Security is using VA hospitals to practice "presence deterrence" with black uniformed , unmarked security personnell harassing PTSD patients...
Might we read about something like that ....EVENTUALLY.
DHS exercise at VHA interferes with Veterans Health Care.
Soccer is a fantastic game, IMO should be in all schools. Ya know what I don't care about Football. I'm sick of football.
@wellright why don't you pay attention bud, they have been reporting on it. Sorry if you think 100% of the stories here have to revolve around your wants.
Hey all of you people knowingly clicked on a soccer link, then you complain because you did just that... That does not do a lot for your intelligence.
Jonathan, though you may be right, there those of us who are far more concerned with what's happening on the battle field in Iraq than on a soccer field, as paladin said, who cares?! And by the way, wouldn't it be more prudent to have a sports section on the Blaze for this kind of story?......
VALKY: Perhaps you could help this old tech deprived dude , and point me to the story coverage here about the DEPT.OF HOMELAND SECURITY terrorizing vets at a veterans health facility..... just a little help there BUD.
Mr. Seidl... I'm one who can't get enough World Cup coverage. People trashing the sport, well opinions are like liberals in the family, everybody's got one.
Everyone calls soccer a commie sport, but I love it because unabashed Nationalism is actually encouraged! Where else in our society can you scream USA! without being called a jingoist racist. Go USA!
I agree with you Jonathan.
Granted, I 'get' what the others are saying since soccer seems to conjure up images of 3rd world nations and 'slow paced' scoring... not to mention it can be politicized, as well.
However, my son got me into watching the games this year and i am really enjoying them along with the human drama that sports provide.
It is a nice change from US Football that is monopolistic and tightly controlled by the cartel owners (yes, my choice of words).
Something pure about the sport of soccer ... best way I can put it.
