  The 911 operator on the Amanda Beery kidnapping in Cleveland needs to be fired that is the worst 911 phone call I have ever heard! That 911 operator should stay on the phone with her and calm her down until the police got there! There was no empathy for the victim. The person sounded like it was her first day on the job. Got the information wrong. What has happened to this world when even 911 operators are incompetent! Another thing is when did it become right that private medical information be broadcast out to the public. Many people refuse to or slow to report medical and other emergencies due to the fact that it will be released for public consumption!
  911 calls should be private and only release by the individual who made the call if it does not involve criminal activity.!
