Japanese crash crews are definitely not up to the level of American and European crash crews, I can remember a video of a fiery racing crash in Japan, that if it hadn’t been for another driver grabbing a fire extinguisher and putting out the fire the driver of the wrecked car would have perished.

So this guy is supposed to scale a chain link fence topped with either barbed or concertina wire that is surrounding a military base just after a major crash, only thing he might accomplish doing that is stopping a few 5.56 or 7.62 rounds.
