at least we wouldn’t have to pass it to find out what is in it.

look I know for some people (including me) we don’t want to keep those parts while other like them. at least he is being honest and telling us what he wants to do. now the debate can be on the battle field of ideas. with him as a president we will be steering the ship not some government bureaucrats. we can’t be so dogmatic, he is going to have ideas different then ours. he needs to be able to state them and then we as a country decide if it is right for us.

so instead lets have the debate on why it is or isn’t a good idea.
    my 2 cents
insurance is about a company that looks at you as a risk and decides if it can take you on as that risk. when you tell the insurance companies that they can’t follow this model then they aren’t a insurance company anymore. having said this I do think we need to find a way to help the people that are in financial ruin because the insurance companies see you as to much of a liability.

children over the age of 18 on their parents insurance. I don’t care either way, this is the companies choice, but shouldn’t be forced either way.

we all need to start buying our own insurance and stop having our company buy it for us. right now we aren’t taking personal responsibility and it is hurting us. we mean nothing to the insurance company and your company isn’t responsible for your families well being. we are only pawns in this game right now and we need to take con

    Kid: what’s this?
    Obama: I don’t know.
Kid: it’s a brain sucking monster. guess what’s it doing
    Obama: what?
    Kid: Starving.

there was a beer summit, it is now time for a home maker summit. Hilary should go to Ann’s house to tend all of her grand kids, and if you have notice she has alot of them and most of them boys. after one hour of that Hilary would be crying.

Obama is scared because he doesn’t think his base will come out and vote. Last time it was a historic event. You could be voting in the first black president. So people came out in droves to vote for him. The black and young vote was the highest it has ever been. This time the same excitement doesn’t exist. how does he get them to come out and vote for him again? I don’t think he does and he knows it. He is desperate right now. All he has is the fear tactic to run on.

Paul Ryan leads where Obama fails:
Reagan is in our mists and he isn’t running. this guy is awesome and should have ran.

all Santorum is telling you what is best for him. right now he can only win if it goes to a brokered convention, and he will have the best chance of winning if the race between him and Obama is short, because he will not have that much money. S.E. Cup said it well on the real news last Thursday (I think) the Obama campain doesn’t want to run against Romney because he isn’t a guy they can make people hate. on the other hand Santorum is. Santorum is a lighting rod and can be used to energize their base.

I listened to the video Dick Morris put out all he did is state the facts, about what has happened in the past at brokered conventions for both the GOP and DEMs. in all of them it has been bad for either party. so if Santorum disagrees with it tell me how this time is deffernet then the 6 examples Dick gave.

so sorry to all the Santorum fans out there but all he is going to do is hurt the party. Romney did the honorable thing during his last run and got out way before everyone thought he should have. but he knew that a brokered convention would hurt more then help.

if you disagree, tell me why, and stay on topic.

    who will win Super Tuesday

these are old polls. Real clear politics shows that Romney is +.02 in Ohio. this means Romney will at least win the delegate count. santorum can’t get delegates from 3 of the 8 congressional districts. this means even if Santorum wins the vote he can’t get the delegates in those areas.

thanks for reading what I posted.

my fear is that if the Supreme court upholds it and the candidate will have to be very disciplined and not talk about Obama care again and stay on message about the economy. right now Santorum isn’t showing this discipline and I don’t know if he will have it in the general.

  • March 4, 2012 at 11:13pm

they are going to hear arguments on Obama care this month with a decision in June or July. see link below.

    SOYBOMB315

I am interested in what you think about what I stated above about what will happen when the supreme court rules.

  • March 4, 2012 at 10:20pm

I agree Obama doesn’t want to talk about this, but this is I think the weakest part about Romney. So in reality it comes up sixes and no one wins.

The one point I try to bring up is if the Supreme court over turns it, then all of this is a moot point. So for the people who want to fight Obama on this and want to get a candidate that this is a big part of their campaign. What happens when this is off the table? What will you fight him on? The other side of this is that what if the Supreme Court upholds it. The 75% that thinks it is unconstitutional will drop to 50% in a week and by the election it will erode to 35%. And then once again what are you going to fight him on.

For me if Santorum wants to make this a big part of his campaign and he said he will. We will have another John McCain moment on our hands. For those who don’t remember John thought it was going to be about the wars we were in, but no it became about the economy and he lost. I don’t want another moment like that.

  • March 4, 2012 at 3:31pm

it doesn’t matter who wrote it, the facts are the facts. Santorum needs to get his act together. he would have wiped the floor with Romney if he was disciplined and stayed on message. but instead he went out into the weeds and called Obama a snob.

to all those Santorum supporters out there you need to stop blaming his fall on the media, Romney or the 12th phase of the moon. it is because of his lack of leadership that he can’t get all the delegates in OH. it is because of his lack of discipline that he went off into the weeds and said the snob and puke comment.

the fact is that HE is disorganized and it is hurting him.

well the crickets are chirping. so who are the Trolls now.

  • February 29, 2012 at 1:56pm

this is troubling to me also. my schedule doesn’t allow me to listen live so I can never call.

the robo call told me that he is willing to play really dirty to win. I didn’t hear about the introduction that was negative towards Mormons, can you post the link to the story or video?

    BUDZY1911
so you say that he will not. I disagree and I gave my points above. All you do is accuse me of being something I am not. go back and look at my post about Santorum’s CPAC speech. I have looked at your comments and all you do is do what you did above. accuse and give no substance to the comment boards.

all I want is for people to defend their points. I could call you a one eyed purple people eater but it wouldn’t be true unless i could prove it. it is time for people like you, THEPROFESSOR1031 and SNIPER342 to say why you think what you think. I don’t care that you have this opinion, but just telling me it doesn’t make it true.

so here is yours and THEPROFESSOR1031 and SNIPER342 challenge.
tell me why you think this. include what he has said and done to make you think this. and no malice please it only makes us all look stupid.
    I’ll be waiting

  • February 29, 2012 at 1:34am

actually this isn’t true. in the Florida debate he told us what he would do, and in fact he is the only one who says what he will give us after Obama care is gone. he said that he wants to give the choice to the people and take it out of the hands of the employers. he has talked about tort reform and allowing insurance to be sold across states line. the rest just talk about getting rid of Obama care.

    food for thought.
a big part of Santorum’s election bid is about Obama care. what if it is overturned? what does he do then? social issues will not win him this race.

  • February 29, 2012 at 1:22am

what have you read or heard that says he will not do these things?
