  • Prayers for Victor and The Beck Family.

    Prayer for a Sick Pet

    Heavenly Father,
Please help The Beck Family in their time of need,
You have made them stewards of Victor.
If it is Your will, please restore him
    to health and strength.
I pray too for other animals in need.
May they be treated with the care and respect
    deserving of all Your creation.
    Blessed are You Lord God,
and holy is Your name for ever and ever
Basilica and Shrine of Our Lady of Consolation.

  • Wondering why The Blaze hasn’t reported “Next gen GOP leaders slam Romney’s gift remark.”

Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal was the first to slam Romney on Wednesday, saying:
No, I think that’s absolutely wrong. Two points on that: One, we have got to stop dividing the American voters. We need to go after 100 percent of the votes, not 53 percent. We need to go after every single vote. And, secondly, we need to continue to show how our policies help every voter out there achieve the American Dream, which is to be in the middle class, which is to be able to give their children an opportunity to be able to get a great education. … So, I absolutely reject that notion, that description. I think that’s absolutely wrong.

Jindal was joined by Florida Republican Sen. Marco Rubio, who called the remarks “an analysis to donors” and continued, “our mission should not be to deny government benefits to people who need them.” He continued that the GOP should work to make sure to reduce dependency without demonizing those who need government help:

    Progressive GOP 2016! lol, what a joke, RINO’s slamming RINO’s =)

  • I can usually laugh off the razzing us Northeasters take, but come on, wishing harm upon us? Also I have no problem with freedom of speech, but it clearly shows by some of these comments some of you make, that you are absolutely morbid individuals. For those who say such horrid things then claim to have Christ in your heart are nothing more than a pile of lying vile POS’s. Wishing harm upon others because you cannot agree with someone politically is down right sick.

BTW ignoramuses, not everyone in the Northeast is liberal. I’m a Libertarian/Conservative but don’t conform to party lines like a good little sheep. Now UP YOURS…That’s Jersey style b*****s

For my fellow Northeast neighbors, may God keep watch over us and may he give us the wisdom and courage to help one another out. God Bless and stay safe.

  • @IND, if you get RT channel on your cable provider, you will get to see the Third Party Candidate debate tomorrow night starting at 8 P.M.. You can check out the details here. http://rt.com/usa/news/third-party-debate-rt-745/

  • Updated on Drudge as the following… “OBAMA DECLARES HOW POOR PEOPLE: ‘Need help with basic skills, how to shop, how to show up for work on time, how to wear the right clothes, how to act appropriately in an office’… Developing…” now I get what this statement of “ignite accusations of racism — in both directions.”Obama is shinning the spotlight on his “Obama phone type ladies & gents” out there.

  • “ignite accusations of racism — in both directions.” What does that even mean, in both directions? Is Obama’s white half race baiting his blck half? Whatever.. With O’Really you probably won’t get much
out of the tape and with Hannity you’ll get snippets of the video being played over and over and not get the entire video until a reliable conservative blogger post it. I’ll wait to see what comes of this. Never really thought Obama cared much for us white folk anyway.

  • @West. That’s correct and if we/all of us don’t turn back to Him, I believe the consequences will be server. We can’t believe in God just for the things we want. God isn’t a part time Deity.

Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do. But they, dividing his garments, cast lots.

  • Dedicated to those who don’t get it yet. God Bless Us All before it is too late. Let’s have PEACE for once. Shall we?

Hello God, are you out there?
Can you hear me, are you listenin’ any more?
Hello God, if we’re still on speakin’ terms
Can you help me like before?
    I have questioned your existence,
    My resistance leaves me cold
Can you help me go the distance?
    Hello God, hello, hello

This old world has gone to pieces
Can we fix it, is there time?
    Hate and violence just increases
We’re so selfish, cruel and blind
We fight and kill each other
    In your name, defending you
Do you love some more than others?
    We’re so lost and confused

Hello God, are you out there?
Can you hear us, are you listenin’ any more?
Hello God, if we’re still on speakin’ terms
Can you help us like before?
Oh, the free will you have given
We have made a mockery of
This is no way to be livin’,
We’re in great need of your love
    Hello God

Hello God, can you grant us
    Love enough to make amends
(Hello God) Is there still a chance
    That we could start again
Hello God, we’ve learned our lesson
Dear God, don’t let us go
    More than ever
    Hello God, hello, hello
Hello God, we really need you
We can’t make it without you
    (Hello God) We beseech you
In the name of all that’s true
    Hello God, please forgive us
For we know not what we do

Hello God, give us one more chance to prove ourselves to you
    Hello, God; hello, God

  • What a great idea. If anyone sets up an account or someone uses their paypal, count me in for $5. This story is heartbreaking and I hope we can help out Mr. Ramsey. I’ll check back later to see if something is setup. God bless.

  • Bigoted Billy doesn’t mention that they are a progressive group of Catholics that their agenda is kind of limited, but they are more of an agitator trying to stir up energy as per Nathan Schneider.

“So declares the Facebook page for Occupy Catholics, one of the latest additions to the pantheon of Catholic church justice movements. But rather than emerging out of Vatican II or in direct response to a particular crisis within the institutional church, Occupy Catholics might be the first progressive Catholic group to grow directly out of a popular movement.”
