  • i just watched this service and i am left just speechless by the honsty and really raw emotions and love/respect show for him, as well as his family. even tho i have been around the military the vast majority of my life, i am still left in awe of how things are believed in/for, fought for, protected fiercely, and lives given for, both in the military as well as those in uniform that are not in the military.
WOW, JUST WOW, and honestly should really and bluntly be an example of how one should be living ones life.
RIP, Chris, you were and are very much loved and respected. and yes, you are one of the good and faithful servants. your family will be taken care of and cared for.

  • careful there, my friend. i STRONGLY urge you to be very, very careful in what you said here. true, i do not know you from Adam’s housecat, BUT one should really not speak of things–anything, that they may not know anything about, or have any fact. there is a bunch of things you have compleatly wrong, and simply relying on others that ‘know’, or simply looking/reading anti-Mormon literature, or whatever the so-called ‘experts’ in media say/write/intimate are NOT well informed/have facts/truth, or unbiased in every way, shape or form.

  • really looks like there are some that REALLY need to get both a life, AND A STINKIN’ CLUE—mannnnnnnnnn…….. BESIDES , who the heck is that slug anyways???

  • REALLY pathetic, and truly says SOOOOOOOOOOOO much about how low some people will stoop. shame, shame, shame on those thugs that took this. clearly they felt they needed it far more than the owners……..such a really sad commentary on the glaring mindsets/value system in some.

  • you guys simply crack me up!!!!!!!!!!! Glenn, i’m am really sorry about your fishbowl experience, i truly am. yeppers, as i have told my children–life can, and will ALWAYS be a constant teacher–and there are always times when the lessons will be very, very expensive—in all types of ways………chin up, and it is fantastic, i strongly feel/believe that you have been able to find the humor in this. that is, one item in learning a life-lesson that one should do.

  • yet another thing that makes you go, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm……….closed, and then mysteriously reactivated…..hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…..

  • i was able to see this interview during the show today and it truly makes very, very, VERY sad and dismayed–for lack of a better word, that those candidates attempted to lower themselves to this level–especially out there. i am STILL highly disgusted with the lot of them, and it clearly shows EXACTLY what their inner charactor/value system is.
i am, however, honestly applauding Mayor Hanks for taking the stance he has, and he was spot on in all of his comments and reasoning–spoken or not. he has demonstrated what HIS true inner self and values are–how he approaches everything that i can just imagine he does in life-personal or professional. i admire this and salute him. those are the very things that will serve him well in whatever venture he has in life, AND this is a man that is truly ‘a man.’ he should be able to walk erect and have zero trouble looking at himself in the mirror, as the saying goes. he has dealt honestly with his fellow man as is shown here.
    i salute him.
as for the others–SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on the lot of you for your dishonest, underhanded, and highly despicable stunts. i am GLAD that they backfired for the world to see. i hope that you are really proud of your ’15 minutes of fame’–or shall i say your 15 minutes of shame instead………..

    also–high kudos to Chris!!!!!!

  • hmmmmmmm Monicne–ones faith, let alone any other card, has NOTHING to do with the very, very stupid comment Prince Harry made. absolutely NOTHING!!!! so i strongly will ask you to not ATTEMPT to connect those issues, ok?
Harry Reid is, once again, making ANOTHER foolish, ignorant, uneducated and very pathetic statement, having a stupid ‘need’ for lack of a better word, to broadly paint any and all seniors as ‘loving to recieve’ junk mail.ummmmmmm, NOPE , i have not found any senior that is joyfully looking forward to seeing what goodies they will have stuffed in their mailbox to maintain a ‘healthy’ and well-warrented/needed connection to the community.
perhaps Mr. Reid should leave DC and devote his time to his beloved and much touted cowboy poetry thing……….OH, and just my own feeling here, but one seriously has to wonder if he was hit in the head one too many times when he boxed…………….gives the term ‘crash-test dummy’ a whole new meaning………

  • hmmmmmmmmmmm, looks as tho, YET AGAIN, that good old Martin is using the ‘smorgasbord method’ with scriptures, religion, or ANYTHING to fit into his REALLY pathetic and misguided narrative. funny, couldn’t he just pull up the really well-known TEN COMMANDMENTS, or other scriptures that even a CHILD can recite???? clearly he AGAIN proves that he has ZERO CLUE on many things–the LDS faith as well as other religions, scriptures, and , welllllllllllll, life/reality itself.
it must be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lonely being him………pathetic…………

  • gives the much-touted phrase ‘shovel ready’ a whole, wild new meaning now, huh???????
also, it looks like, YET AGAIN, it is the US taxpayer getting ‘transplanted’ by those ‘good and soooooooooo wise’ folks in DC……..
