  So, tell me again Congress how taking our gun rights will save us from getting killed. 30 days before that psycho in Colorado went crazy, his shrink tells the cops he is a danger to himself and others. The cops to nothing.
  Now it comes out that even a foreign government warns the USA that this guy is a danger to the citizens of the USA, the FBI does nothing.
  so all the existing laws are ignored, on purpose to destroy the USA. Its so clear the criminals run our Nation.

  I didn’t hear the officer read him his Miranda Rights. Miranda vs Arizona. I am not a Lawyer, but they should have gave him his rights, as the officer appeared to be interrogating/detaining him. If the officer had done so, the man then would have realized, maybe, to keep his mouth shut.
  The ATF, the police, when they come up to you for any reason, they are not your friend. Always be nice to them and keep your mouth shut, period. They will lie to cover themselves.
  My son was arrested in California for having an unloaded rifle behind the seat of his truck. Speeding ticket and cop asked if he had any weapons. Trucks have no trunks. Impounded his truck for 30 days at 50.00 per day. All said with attorney fees etc. 15k. They lied and we caught them in the lie.
  So please, if you want to exercise your 2nd amend. At least know the case law that applies to the 2nd amend. Be prepared to be arrested. Screaming at a cop about your rights will not help you. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS as if your life depends on it before your exercise your RIGHTS…

  We can hope that the JURY nullifies this bad law as well as other bad laws. WE THE PEOPLE, must excersize and begin to realize there are (4) yes I believe (4) branches of government. The JURY. A JUROR can and must be willing to stop bad laws. If WE THE PEOPLE want to stop tyranny, WE can do so anytime. Whereas, no person or property was injured or damaged. So, no COMMON LAW was broken.

  Well Mr mcGuigan, California has been tracking and registering magazines for at least 20 years now thru A Dros dealer sale of record. they have serial numbers on some of them somewhere, because trust me if you get pulled over with a hi-cap mag here, the cops run the serial number and can see who you are and when you purchased it. so its no so weird.

  I wish you were right that only a minute portion of the population would hurt a child. You may want to just take a look at megans law website. It will show you all the registered sex offenders in California in your hometown.
  I was molested as a a child at about 3 until I was 17 years old. I am not afraid to talk about it and have found that almost everyone I know has been molested and had an encounter with a molestor.
  The nicest upstanding in your community can be molestors. Don’t be fooled.

  This story makes no sense at all. The occupants, no matter who they are have to be served a 3 day notice to pay or quit if the are behind on rent. Or a 30 day notice to leave. Once the bank owns it, its’s up to them to serve the occupant. NOT the owner, the OCCUPANT!
  The Sheriff nevers removes an OCCUPANT. Period without a judgment. Only a Judge can remove an occupant.
  The occupant could have been dupped into a rental agreement with an owner who knows the bank has foreclosed. It doesn’t make a damn bit of difference. A Judge is the only one who can order an occupant to be removed,
  So this story is all BS.
  If it’s true the Sheriff came. It’s only after the Occupant was served a 30 day notice. Then failed to leave. Then it goes to a Judge. So there is NO WAY these people didn’t know what was coming.
