  The Senate too must be held responsible… The Senate has the responsibility to Advise and Consent to the appointed cabinet posts. Additionally, there were no concerns about the Czars that headed different posts further eroding and subjugating the Senate’s Advise and Consent responsibilities to oversee the executive branch. With the Senate divided along party lines, and a Democrat majority, the Democrat President basically does what he wants. The same could be said for a Republican majority and a Republican President. For the Senate to really do it’s job, partisanship with party affiliation needs to be removed. http://www.repeal17.net Return the Senate to the State Legislatures to elect and return the 10th Amendment to full strength.

  The Giver – yeah, if conservatives don’t legalize drugs and dope, the libertarians aren’t in the game… Why can’t you celebrate the Fiscal conservative-ism that will help solve a major problem in this country, the national debt, after which we can solve some social ills. Right now I am not willing to legalize drugs until we are allowed to let people fail without recourse.

  As much as I hate the police, this was a tight spot to be placed. I would have hated to be him in this situation. Until more is known I will reserve comment… I do, however, feel strongly that cops need to learn when to back off. I am certain that when this is studied, there were critical points where her life could have been saved… I couldn’t give a rats sphincter about Dalton Smith.

  No sir, the founders did not mess anything up. We screwed up their work… In 1913 we passed the 16th and 17th Amendments to the Constitution. http://www.repeal17.net The 17th took away the power the states had in controlling the Federal Government… The House of Representatives represent the voters, and the Senate is supposed to represent the 50 state governments on an equal footing (2 from each state). However, since the 17th Amendment, the senators could care less about what the states want and vote the way they do to get re-elected… Its time to repeal the 17th Amendment and return the Senate to the state legislatures… http://www.repeal17.net

  Brigott – I don’t agree with you… If you watched the bombing in Boston, there were a lot of civilians that went toward the sound of the bombs because they knew there were people there that needed help… That is “Americans” at their best. there could have been other bombs, but Americans went to help other people. Did you see how Boston was shut down for a day while homes were searched completely disregarding the constitution? Home owners were ordered out of their homes with their hands on top of their heads (because the police fear what? Citizens???). Yelled and cursed at as if they were criminals and then their home was searched, completely violating the 4th amendment to the constitution… It damn sure could have been done a more respectable way and quicker… The suspect could have been found sooner…

  You must be a cop. I hope you are respectable and respected. I hope you understand that as an American, we have the right to keep and bear arms (with few exceptions). I hope you treat everyone equally and you sure better not think you are above the law or better than anyone else. There are a few phrases you should learn:

  I can see you didn’t do it!
  Then most importantly: You are free to go!!!
