After reading many of the comments on this page I believe that many evolutionists or what ever you want to call them, have to believe that their is no God because if their is a God then they have to care about how they live their lives and it’s much more convenient to believe that you are not held responsible for your actions.While it’s a convenient belief, I think it’s a very depressing one.

Please don’t feel sorry for us because anybody who pays tithing in the LDS church knows better and sees blessings for it as do people all over the world. just ask hurricane Katrina victims or countless other people that the church has reached out to with humanitarian aid and so forth.I ‘ll give 10% to that. that sounds like a Christ like thing to do to me.

People look what it comes down to is this. Even if the church isn’t true (which I believe it is) and for people like dawkins believes their is no true religion or that religion in it’s entirety is false,what is wrong with a faith that teaches people to love their neighbor, forgive one another, to be good spouses,to be good loving parents, to treat all our brothers and sisters with love and respect and to be good people, what is wrong with that? And for those of you who are Christians who believe that we (Latter-day saints) are blinded by satan I ask you to step back and think about who satan is.He is the father of hate! he feeds on contention.Whether you believe in mormonism or not I can honestly tell you that I am a member by choice,that I am happy with my faith ,it makes me want to be a better person so that by the grace of god and through the atonement of Jesus Christ I can be saved. So if you call yourselves christians then think how the savior would act and share love and kindness.I read somewhere on here somebody was asking if their was any proof that the LDS church is true and their is but it wouldn’t matter if their was enough evidence to feel cowboy stadium people still wouldn’t believe.Is their any proof that christ suffered for the sins of the world? No their isn’t.It is by faith that we know.I don’t expect what I have said to change anyone’s mind about mormonism but I do ask that we especially as christians follow christs example and love one another.

@ghost of jefferson you obviously don’t know the law. If nude photos are sent to somebody,they have been told or have reason to believe that person is under age and they still view those pictures,it is pedophilia. It all comes down to intent.Ever seen the show how to catch a predator? the girl in the house isn’t a child nor is the person who got them there,but because they believe it is a child/minor and try to solicit sex,it is a crime because of their intent.It doesn’t matter if their under age or not.

wow I used to respect marriott a lot for the non smoking rooms but it seems they have conformed just like so many other people,and all for the all mighty dollar.what’s next deals for orgy’s. I’m ashamed of marriott.
