Why do all these shooters now have “manifestos?” Why do the parents seem unemotional after the event and always come out in favor of gun control? Why is there always a 30 page speech ready to go 30 minutes after the event happens?
I’m not a conspiracy guy but when it’s obvious, it’s obvious.
If we repealed the First Amendment they'd stop writing those things.

Bill Oreilly is a moron. YOU CANNOT BUY GUNS ONLINE WITHOUT A BACKGROUND CHECK. Someone in the media needs to learn what the hell they are talking about before they wade into the issue. It’s frustrating for someone like me who shoots 3 times a week to hear this crap over and over again.
And one last thing. What’s “mental health?” Is it only people who are being treated? If so, are they not mentally ill before they are treated? If they are mentally ill before they get treated (which is the only reason why they’d seek help), how do you track that? YOU CANT! The only solution is an all out gun confiscation. That’s unconstitutional and would start a war that would make the civil war look like a schoolyard scrap. The debate is over.
I am really not liking this push on the mental health. It seem too pushed! a term that moderates will embrace. When that happens how hard will it be for mental health professionals to deem conservatives have a mental health gene. There for all conservatives can't own a gun! It has already started. Remember the war veit that has his collection taken.
I love the "mental health" argument. It shows how ignorant people are at regulating positive behavior. If we take the guns out of the hands of people who some people will claim to be 'mentally ill' aren't people going to be discouraged from seeking any kind of treatment? Who's to say that door won't evolve to eventually include..."headaches"? Give the government an inch and they'll take a yard. Who determines the definition of a "mental health problem"? Some could argue that if you're a part of a particular group you have a mental health problem, Tea Party anyone? Or even Conservatives and Libertarians would be fair game. And then eventually RINO's, then conservative Democrats, and then the mainstream Democrats, then finally the Socialist Democrats. That's how the radical Democrats AKA Communists (fringe left) will take away all guns from freedom loving citizens. It will then continue to demolish the Constitution using its own military might against an unarmed populace. It's easy to take out all human rights from within a nation if the law is on your side.
You can find guns for sale on line that do not require a back ground check. Several sites advertise used firearms for sale from individuals. Send them a check or money order and postage they will send the firearm. Or if it's a local site, you can meet at a location agreeable to both to do the transaction. Arms List is one and here in VA it's VA Gun Trader. Some sellers require id, some don't.
Slight correction to other post. If shipped it must be to an individual within the same state, Otherwise it must go to a FFL dealer.

I was on the moon in Arizona with Alex Jones. It was amazing.

I didn’t read the article and didn’t listen to the clip.
Cuomo is my governor (don’t hate me) and I already know he’s lying about something.
He's my governor too. Don't worry about the hate neighbor, there's still good, honest people trapped behind enemy lines in NY

I could be wrong on this but I don’t believe that the Feds could have gotten involved unless it was classified as a hate crime. That’s the reason (in my opinion) for the law. Any sign of “oppression” and the Feds can step in a “save the day.”
Hate crime laws were created in the 1960′s because at the time all-white juries wouldn’t convict klan members or corrupt police officers that aided in killing of blacks and civil rights activists. No matter what evidence was presented, or witnesses to the crime, the jury was made up of like minded people so killers were going free and justice wasn’t being served. So the federal government decided to get involved and made hate crime laws that usurped the state justice system - which was unreliable at best, and blatantly racist and corrupt at worst - so murderers could be prosecuted. Much like unions, they were a good idea at the time and served their purpose, but are not needed anymore and haven’t been needed for several decades. Now it’s another way for the feds to get involved in something they’re not needed in. It’s turned into a political issue, instead of a way to prosecute offenders that would otherwise go unpunished due to sympathetic (racist) jurors.
I think you are right. just follow the dots. white guy, black people. even though this is clearly a case of domestic terrorism, the idiots in washington want this desperately to keep in line with their narrative. it can't be a terrorist act because it would be another failure for obama and liberals. but a hate crime is like heaven to this guys.

Here’s the gun he had. Anyone looking at that thinks it a real gun. End of story. No question about it. That is a 1911 all day long. The fact that it turned out to be an illegal airsoft gun after the fact makes no difference at all. At the time of the shooting that was a Colt 1911 and nobody on here or anywhere else would have been able to tell the difference.
After he shoots and thekop is dead.... then you can see if it'sa ILLEGAL AIRPISTOL!!
"Y'A GODDA PASSIT SOS Y'A KIN SEE WHATSINIT!!"
Absolutely correct, kenny.
Somebody points that at me; he's going to die.

Now they are calling it a pellet gun. A pellet gun is not a toy. If it was an airsoft gun then yes, federal laws were broken. If you remove the orange tip from an airsoft gun it cannot be “sold, transferred or transported.” That’s federal law.
Finding out the gun wasn’t a firearm (pellet or airsoft) after the fact makes no difference. If you pull a gun on someone and it doesn’t have the “clear markings of a toy” (which is how federal law reads), then you have a deadly weapon and you are a deadly threat.
Thanks for saying that correctly in such a sloppy world of comments!!
The person with his hand on an apparent gun located in his waistband is a threat.
The apparent firearm is not the threat... too many commenters conflate the threat to originating in the gun, when it is clear that people are the threats. Maybe in the impossible exception when a firearm loads itself and accidentally discharges due to a manufacturing defect!
A lot of BB guns and air rifles in CA do not have an orange tip. The boxes of these items can be opened at Walmart and you can even try them out in the aisle. No orange tip and the BB guns and air rifles are being sold that way. Plus one more thing, gang members sometimes will paint an orange tip on a real guns to try to get police to hesitate.
It is true that not all Airsoft guns or knock-offs have the plastic tip. Here is one for sale on Ebay (http://bfy.tw/LZ3) and you can Google Airsoft images and see a lot more.
The child was old enough to understand the consequences. I also don't know why the driver pulled so close to the suspect, unless he didn't realize the suspect was the suspect. We are trained to adhere to stand-off distances.

I see a kid scared to death defending his mother. Yeah, mom is an idiot but I think I would have done the same thing if I was 7 or 8 and saw my mom getting into a fight.
I don't see how anyone thinks he was scared. He was hitting the woman until his mother had her down and on top of her and while she's at a disadvantage he stomps her head and hitting her with bottles? That's aggression not being scared. I witnessed adults fighting when I was little and I was scared. When your scared you freeze or want to flee not join the beatings. Also, the mother called him out to hit her several times.

Good job officers. Unfortunately you can’t do it anymore. The only solution is to go “Baltimore” and just let the criminals kill each other. Stay safe.

Everyone is missing the scariest thing he said in this interview. Who cares about the 90% thing. That has to pass congress and it never will. The scary part is when he says “they think they own all their wealth.” It shows you that he does not believe in personal property rights.

Pilots are amazing. I would have freaked out and ran out of the cockpit. That’s why I’m not a pilot :)
I always think illegal rooster fighting when I hear cockpit.

You’re right. But “beyond a reasonable doubt” is for a court of law, not an employer. For example, cops get suspended all the time during investigations.
They were taking their balls into a bathroom (that sounds really gross) after the refs checked them and were taking air out. They wouldn’t do this without Brady requesting it.

This consistent, knee jerk police hatred is a joke. The cars you are watching were backing up the ones that were already there. That’s why they sped up to the family. There was obviously a problem between the officers that were first there and the family.
Again it all begins with someone acting like an animal and the police get blamed for doing their job.
If you swing at a cop it’s likely that you’ll get your ass handed to you. Christian music group or not.
Kenny, what part of IMjustsayin's post was about police hate? He simply said that speeding up to a calm scene, and jumping out of their car only made the situation more tense. That doesn't sound like police hatred to me.
I wasn't there, so I have no idea what happened.
But if your asking me. I say this. There are far to many people who believe that all police are bad. There is an equal number of people who that believe that the police can do no wrong. Cops are just like teachers, the good ones should be rewarded for their efforts to uphold the constitution. Those who understand that their authority is derived from the people, and their badge doesn't place them above the law, should be held up as an example. And those who believe that a badge gives them a license to kill, intimidate, and bully should be removed immediately.
Why were to cops so anxious to handcuff and split everyone up is my question? Then, the cop that shows up at ~:33 seconds and enters form the left of the screen, seems to escalate the situation by laying his hands on members of the family. Some cops feel they can harass and touch anyone they please then use force to subdue when others protest their actions. The police ARE NOT guilt free in the case, based on my view of what happened.
"If you swing at a cop it’s likely that you’ll get your ass handed to you." Right on the mark Kenny.
And everyone who is constantly bashing all cops and engaging in the knee jerk crap like @kennycannon says…. By all means, PLEASE feel free NOT to call the cops when you’re being mugged, raped, robbed, carjacked, or any other manner of badness to your person, property or loved ones. They’ll help you out and you’ll probably just bitcchh and moan anyway. Hate to break this to people, but MOST cops are GOOD!! Weed out the bad ones and MOVE ON!!
Though I agree that you should not swing at a cop and that these people are idiots, and had they not resisted Enoch would have been alive today.
Nevertheless; The cops showed up with gas for the fire, and THAT IS NOT PART OF THEIR JOB! That IS NAZI LIKE, to demand every citizen stand at attention when a police officer shows up, especially if they have not committed a crime. I am sure this footage will be used in the academy to show how NOT TO APPROACH a domestic dispute.
Look, there are good cops and bad cops. In order to ascertain one from the other, you have to look at who they are dealing with. These people were white Christians. They were Christians to restate that fact, and white to restate that fact. They weren't animals like some others in the news recently, and you know what I mean. They were white Christians who were out there spreading the Word of God with music. Maybe they weren't perfect, but who among us are? Casting stones are we? Aren't Christians beat down enough already without this backlash?
The cops were out of line, unlike other situations where to cops have to deal with savage animals, humans unlike these devout people in several ways. Do you know what I mean? Those other people who aren't like these white, Christian people must be dealt with harshly so that their kind will get the message, and sometimes that means they'll be killed, shot to death because the cop feared for his life. But with this type of person I have to say the cops overreacted. Christ if the Prince of Peace. If the police understood that they wouldn't have overreacted.
Square Head, they did commit a crime. The whole reason the cops were called was because the sons pushed an employee of walmart going into the bathroom. Cus their 'mama' (add in redneck accent) was in there. I could so see this family out in the hills preying on travelers..hills have eyes much?
Shoving an employee to "guard the door for their mom" is the same as spreading the Word? Sorry, they sound more like a cult then they do "Christians". No true Christians I know of would think their mother deserved sole use of a restroom, to the point of physical violence and "guarding".
kenny, you have it backwards, cops need to NOT do things that make people want to swing at them. The burden is on the police, not the citizen. Cops do not get a free pass. They can't do what ever they want without consequences.
I thought Obama had done an Executive Order back in January with his magic pen making against the law for officers to have bullets in their guns. By breaking the Order they should be put in jail.
@Square Head: being through police training, I should know that cops are trained that when a domestic dispute occurs, separate the opposing parties so that neither is facing another.

I’m a fan of Paul and I’d be excited to vote for him if he wins the nomination. My primary vote, which is more important then the general election vote here in NY, still goes to Cruz at this point. The reason is simple. Cruz had me glued to the Liberty Online portal thing for the entire time and he was speaking. Paul barely held my attention for 10 minutes and he was reading. Cruz spoke from the heart and actually talked to the audience. Paul had a bunch of sound bites bullet pointed out and just read it. Content aside, Paul’s speech reminded me of an Obama speech.
