Warning: You Will Probably Agree With Chris Matthews on This Issue

I don’t agree with Chris Matthews.
It seems every time The Blaze attempts to tell me how I will/should feel about a story, they get it totally wrong. Perhaps just report what happened instead of trying to tell me how to feel about it.

The Story of a Heroic Kayaker That Helped Save Family of 5 After SUV Flies Off a Cliff and Into a River
April 8, 2013 at 1:22pm
If they were truly blessed, I think the driver would have regained control of the car before plunging off the cliff, or perhaps never lost control in the first place. I mean, if a guardian angel was looking out for them, maybe this family really did something to piss it off. Either that or we are dealing will gross incompetence on the part of this guardian. The angel should probably look for a new line of work or at least receive a stern reprimand. There sure are some Johnny-come-lately angels around.

“The Story of a Heroic Kayaker That Helped Save Family of 5 After SUV Flies Off a Cliff and Into a River”
Yet another sentient SUV causing an accident all by itself! I guess this sort of non-sequitur is not limited to the headlines of mainstream outlets.

Woman Loses Court Fight Over Illegal Music Downloads — And You Won’t Believe How Much They Say She Owes
March 19, 2013 at 11:29am
Not quite. This analogy only works if you take the candy bar and eat it, only to find the original one is still there, intact, unchanged, on the shelf. In fact, the candy bar manufacturer is doing the same thing in their factory, taking one candy bar and replicating it thousands of times and selling each one of those copies as if it is an original creation. It’s not. Meanwhile, my tummy is full and the shop owner still has his candy bar, available to sell to some *other* idiot who doesn’t know that music— er, candy bars, is infinitely replicated— and free.
‘You’ve Got to Be Kidding Me’: Woman Reportedly Ticketed for Driving 2 Mph UNDER the Speed Limit
March 13, 2013 at 10:12am
Step 1 should have been reading the ticket, because that would have saved you the time of writing a nonsensical rant about speed limits when that is not what the ticket is for.
‘You’ve Got to Be Kidding Me’: Woman Reportedly Ticketed for Driving 2 Mph UNDER the Speed Limit

This is close to the unofficial term given to them by “road enthusiasts”: LLR’s, or left lane renegades.
‘You’ve Got to Be Kidding Me’: Woman Reportedly Ticketed for Driving 2 Mph UNDER the Speed Limit

No DRS1969. She has no right to be in the left lane unless she is passing. The speed she was traveling is irrelevant. Just as driving 65 would not prevent her from being ticketed for a malfunctioning tail light, driving 63, 60, 82, 45, or any speed does not change the fact that she should not be in the left lane.
