If you think it isn't *already* happening here, you're only fooling yourself.
I recently watched a surveillance video of a mother walking thru a mall with her 3 y/o daughter just behind her. It was pretty crowded and out of nowhere a 50ish guy walks by, grabs her hand and while looking down at her like her new caretaker, begins guiding her away from the mother. I guess the mothers sixth sense finally kicked in and she turned around to see the guy staring back at her. She confronted him and since there wasn't any sound it just looked like he was telling her that the child got lost and he was helping her. The worst part of this is the mothers absent mindedness. It is vile and evil since I'm sure that little girls life would've changed forever in some way. Watch your children like someone is always trying to take them from you because im sure in some instances, people are.

Good lord. Only progs would consider the Constitution illicit material, and handing it out is soliciting…on public grounds at that.
If Bush had thrown down the hammer, forgone the Presidential term limits, disbanded Congress and the Supreme Court, and declared himself Emperor W. the first like the way the progs kept saying he would…Then, MSNBC would be having stellar ratings.

Umm, because it’s an update to a former story?
BTW, how does your arm feel? I’m sure somebody had to twist it pretty bad to get you to click on the link…

What about the passenger not wearing his seatbelt and ashing out the window? both illegal, yet some on here would rather believe this pos driver over any cop…Yet again, it’s the “Bad Cop! Bad Cop!” mentality running amok.
Come on..... Ashes out the window??? No! a lit butt??? Probably!!!
For many here & elsewhere the "bad cop" mentality is the knee-jerk reaction. My view of the limited interaction; I see an opportunity for the law enforcement employee to generate revenue. In the event that the employee was actually concerned & professional, taking a weight loaded vehicle & comparing the gross weight allowed on the vehicle would establish a violation.
This video does not document what occurred prior. In my opinion if the employee asked the vehicle operator to restack his load so that it was more secure & the driver used profanity/ refused I would say it was a judgment call by the employee and would agree it is not pure revenue generation.
I give points to the employee for:
- Being within height & weight standards & wearing his attire correctly.
- Remaining professional while listening to profanity.
I subtract points from the employee for:
- Seeming to threaten additional charges - dropping ashes - but failing to go through with this threat.
- Wearing campaign ribbons: last I checked no member of any branch of the NJ law enforcement industry has ever participated in a military campaign while acting as a NJ law enforcement employee (faux wantabee's).
From a public safety perspective what is the result of this encounter? If in fact the vehicle was overloaded the employee failed to remove this "danger" from the public road.
I'm sorry, Mods!!! Instead of *%#&.... I should have used the term "A person's rear-end".....??????
Oh no! Ashes! Call the EPA! Those are the sacred remains of a dead plant! They need a proper burial!
Ashes: meh. Seat belt: no argument that the passenger had the shoulder belt behind him instead of around him, so the officer gets that one, if it's a legitimate violation. No visibility out of the rear window: ditto. But the safety issue is for real.
Observing the contents of that haphazardly-loaded bed at rest tells us nothing about its stability while in motion, especially on an uneven road. Moreover, the chaotic way in which it was loaded gives me reason to question his ability to fasten it all down with straps effectively.
No, I wouldn't wait until that ladder caught some wind, or the strap holding that microwave in the truck got pulled up too far by the red one attached to it (!!), to tell the guy it's time to pull off the road and re-load. The officer was right.
I agree with you. Flicking ashes or butts out a window is littering. This is just another bad habit by smokers. I see it every day...scum bag smokers all over the place.
My..how far we've come! Ashing (don't think it's a real word) out the window is a crime? Give me a break!!!!
Doesn't matter if it's ashes and not the butts...If it's the law, it's the law. Change the law.

“The video, which surfaced Wednesday, shows the tail end of a confrontation between the officer and Marcel Hamer…”
That’s what I’ve seen. The tail end of a confrontation. Who’s to say the kid didn’t attack the cop first? We don’t know what happened prior to the kid getting knocked out. I don’t put my trust in every video that somebody posts on the net.

Somebody better call Jesse and Al, get the NAACP, Obama…you got any words? Oh, can’t be reached right now..
You've reached the prez. I've probably forgot my phone and left it on my desk, BUT I STILL GOT MY PEN. Leave your message at the beep.
"You have reached the President, I am sorry I cannot come to the phone right now, I am too busy coughing up my wife's horrid cooking, leave message after the Soviet Anthem"
Oh heck no, this can't be cops are the most honest and trustworthy people in the community. Maybe someone edited the tape to make the cop look bad.
People this is not a black and white issue- As a 65 year old person through the years I have seen our once highly respected ( and worthy of that respect ) law enforcement officers become less and less trust worthy.
I'm sure that the Government Union will come in and protect this fine outstanding officer with years service in the community.
"he knocked out" jibe Ebonics strikes a civilized society once again !
Knocking the boy out over (supposedly) smoking weed.
What is wrong with this officer? Is he on drugs?
For all those that think cops don't plant evidence and other unlawful acts that results in wrongful arrests -Google cops gone bad - Then look at the corruption in disability -

Saw an article today on Drudge about the ramifications if Ebola hits Central America. Mass migration of sick and refugees seeking help in the US.
With the porous border, and Obamacare decimating our health care system, it’s a perfect storm of epic proportions. God help us all.
God won't help us. It is all in revelations, this is going down.

Accomplishments of Obama:
- Getting locked out of the White House
- Honoring “Corpse men”
- Reaching a golf handicap of 320
- Adding 7 States to the Union.
- Destroying the Union.
- Creator of the “latte salute.”
Way too many more for 1500 characters to do Obama more unjustice.
