" no criminal open carries."
Uh, they don't because it isn't legal. When it is legal why wouldn't they? Explain this.
nilSSon; please explain how you KNOW that criminals (not wanting their intentions known) would open carry. Your argument makes not sense!
No. Shall issue concealed carry with national reciprocity is the best carry. Carrying openly makes one a target. Requiring a (shall issue) permit allows analysis that shows -- and has repeatedly shown -- that individuals licensed to carry concealed are basically the most law-abiding subset of the population that can be identified. Where open carry becomes the law, inevitably a pile of business ban the practice, as is their right. This inevitably leads to lots of guns in cars, accidental illegal policy breaking, and so forth.
I find Texas laws to violate Texas constitution. The Texas constitution says the congress can create rules for how a firearm is worn with view of preventing crime. As I see police officers wear firearms openly because that's been shown to discourage crime. At one time police used to conceal their firearms as well. A criminologist convinced them that open carry has a physiological advantage.
HUH? That makes absolutely no sense. My only advantage over a bad guy is the fact that he doesn’t know I have it. Plus the average person that is unaware of what is going on around them never notice and aren’t bothered by it. Concealed carry requires a background check. Open carry doesn’t. So, criminals would open carry to “fit in”-what’s stopping them? If they are not convicted of a felony, or haven’t yet committed the crime they intend to do, it’s legal.

I knew there was a reason I never bought their devices, none of their sales reps know squat about Apple hardware. You ask about specs on any of their devices and they will look at you with a blank stare and maybe read it off the website for you.

Boo hoo I got invited to an event for the children, suck it up, I wouldn’t be offended to receive an invitation to any other religious event. Don’t like Easter, don’t show up.

Meh, kinda like indian burns, did the same thing, shouldn’t be encouraged, but not a big deal.
How about rewrite it like this,
“The second amendment guaranteed the right of the people to arm themselves with the same technology that the US military would use. And that this amendment should not be revised or changed.”

I don’t get it, shouldn’t this be the norm.
Did I miss something, or did he do what any patriot would do.
