  • As a retired cop, these “targets” are sad. A picture target may show you what is a second in time in real life, but there is so much more that you registered in that split second before you shoot. All cops train to defend themselves and others but to use these types of targets?

If this is to be argued that training must be realistic, I agree that the targets, percentage wise, must include black youths, black militants, black females with weaves in their ****, latinos and illegal immigrants and a whole host of dope smoking welfare class people.

That would be realistic (not racist), at least down in the south.

  • No surprise here. Look at this and then read some of the posts about the Pope’s Christmas message and you will see where mankind is today.

  • Enviromentalist vs. the weed heads, this should be interesting to watch.

  • The Pope speaks of peace and faith, things that make our life better and the attacks are quick and immediate.

Removing the name of God? He was just promoting the love of God. You don’t like a peaceful message because of the actions of some priests? Is the message with the bad priests or with the good priests who go about daily promoting God and helping the needy? No one is asking you to justify the actions of any bad person but don’t condem all for the actions of some.

You can find a thousand reasons to sit on your **** and refuse to follow Christ’s teaching or to be lazy about your religion, but point the finger of blame where it belongs and not at those who seek to do God’s will.

One can look around this country to see what is desperately wrong and what is inherently good to see who is practicing their faith.

  • Since none of the kids apparently objected to doing this, exactly what are they being taught about communism, if anything.

We need an all out push against socialism and muslim extremeist, we can be quiet no longer.
And by quiet I mean non aggressive when confronting the sworn enemy of the U.S. Constitution.

  • @ No More Obama: I am a very conservative, retired cop from a violent big city and have seen first hand how people act. That said, if you are so quick to label people (cops) as “pigs”, perhaps you feel this way about “pigs” because of something in your past with your maw.

  • The Constitution is great isn’t it, it allows people with no idea of what they are talking about to comment on things like this.

Look at the video again, the cop didn’t have his gun out at first and then pulled it to cover the door of a business where a roberry was in progress. He engages the first subject out the door, obviously believing he may be an ARMED robber. Now in a position to employ deadly force if needed, the young man runs into the officer and the gun accidently discharges.

There is no fault in this except for the criminal who started this ball rolling.

  • I would argue that football is not as dangerous as some would say. Look at the number of players in high school, college and the pros. Add up the number of plays per game for each team and the number of hits and then look at the injuries. It really isn’t that much.

I am very sorry for Devon and am already praying for his full recovery, but I think his injury is more the result of the angle of the hit then the hit itself. I know he is in good hands with Dr. Felix Savoie.

  • Question is, did he have criminal intent as it relates to the terrorizing charge?

  • The O’Bama administration has been more destructive then Andrew, Katrina Opel and all the other hurricane combined.
