Colorado Governor on Legal Weed: ‘Don’t Break Out the Cheetos or Goldfish Too Quickly’
November 7, 2012 at 9:48pm
Last night true democracy prevailed and the people actually had their voice heard, the federal government really has no business trampling over the 10th amendment. America is more so in favor of legalization than not! More and more states legalize and decriminalize (which more do each year) the more we will not be threatened by the federal government.
I for one do not want my tax dollars being wasted on hassling people over a plant that was here before our founding fathers were. That is just IDIOTIC!!!

because the gateway BS is just a “theory” a theory I have been proving wrong for 10 years, peoples personalities are different, marijuana only affects the cannabanoid recepters in our brains (we do have the thc componant in our brain) other hard drugs mimic artifical dopamine which is a whole different high or feeling.
…have you even researched?

I voted for Romney, but ive also been smoking marijuana for 10 years, I happen to be a conservative who grew up in southern california and at the age of 13 quickly found out marijuana wasnt a huge issue. So no, not everyone who voted for one specific candidate are the only ones who are against marijuana prohibition.

Its about time! I knew I would see this happen in my lifetime! Thank god last nights elections was not a total failure! Good job Colorado and Washington. If more states do this our economy will become so much stronger, and I highly doubt usage will go up, people that hated pot yesterday will hate it today, people who have been smoking it for years anyway can now contribute through taxes instead of fines towards law enforcement.
