What if the tipster was a member of the DEA’s SOD (Special Operations Division) & they got the info via an illegal NSA surveillance program or illegal wiretap? SOD has given clear instructions to all LE that the source of information they provide is to be protected at all costs because the information was obtained illegally and unconstitutionally.

Note: This is NOT some conspiracy theory group, it’s Reuters.

This would be a perfect case where this DEA SOD group could be the source of the tip. It is for this very reason that the accused are constitutionally guaranteed a right to face their accusers and see all evidence presented against them.

The catch is we don’t know, and the Judge didn’t know. So how can that Judge preside over a fair trial if the information sources are kept from her? She doesn’t know what the tip is/was. She doesn’t know the source of the tip, but she is going to be expected to convict someone based on a tip that might have violated someone’s constitutional rights?

As far as I’m concerned, the Judge was far too lenient on this former police chief. She should have started his contempt sentence at 1 year, and made it immediate.

I still have a ’92 version of that Loyale. Honestly I preferred the GLs. But I also have a ’98 Forrester which I like. The newer AWD Subarus are better though. Don’t know about the CVT transmissioned ones BUT the new sticks and the pre CVT autos beat my Forester hands down and my Forerster beats my Loyale by a long shot. Besides… the 1600 engine in the Loyale was a dog… a little dog at that.

    BTW, I’ve been driving Suby’s since ’81.

Of course it got stuck in the snow. After all… it isn’t a Subaru.

Let there be TEA. The republican party is working hard to be replaced by a TEA party that believes in fiscal restraint and obeying the limits placed upon government by the Constitution.

Actual results don’t matter… participation trophies for everyone!

This article was brought to you by the letters P and C. P and C is where we manufacture political correctness as the new normal, mind control as the new free, equal results regardless of effort as the new religion, with sunshine and lollipops for all! Oh joy!

She should declare a state of emergency then activate & call out 100% of her National Guard units, arm them with big guns with orders to shoot anything that illegally crosses the border. Then when the feds come in, order her troops to put them down like the rabid dogs they are.

I am so sick of this BS by BOTH parties, claiming we can’t secure out border on a federal level. It’s one of the FEW things they actually have a constitutional duty to perform.

Screww this Abdul Awkal guy! He is a convicted murderer. He is a punk and a thug. If the food they offer isn’t good enough for him to eat, then let this worthless piece of crap rot without ANY food.

WTF, his religion dictates a special diet if convicted & sentenced to death? Who cares! I tell you what. Let’s make it easier on him & execute him tomorrow. Good riddance you murdering dirtbag!

If we left, the holier than “thou” crowd would be demanding that you leave too. Tell me… how exactly is anyone being harmed by the humor? Is this one of those ‘feelings’ situations, where a person should NEVER be subject to having their ‘feelings’ hurt?

It hurts my feelings when I helplessly watch as our country is destroyed by the politically correct, hoity toity morons in government. The same politicians who react based upon the overemotional demands of their ‘feelings’ driven constituents. My only option is to get over my ‘feelings’ and actually do something about it. So give us a break from your pathetic, whiny, holier than thou ‘feelings’ on the subject.

Surfer… the other, OTHER white meat.

Ok, THAT was over the line! It also was not as good as Kurious3323′s “Nom nom nom nom.”

On a serious note, I hope people can share jokes at my expense when I die. Because personally I am getting tired of having to conform to everyone else’s ideas concerning selective outrage and moral indignation.

Was this event a tragedy? Yes. Will that tragedy affect my life? Not likely. Physical death is the one guaranteed thing in life. There are no other guarantees. Each and every one of us on here will eventually die. Why not wish someone be able to smile even during what may be considered a tragedy? Do you want people siting around, crying and moping when you die? I know I don’t.

At least the young man got to go out on top, doing something he enjoyed. Who could possibly want more?

I wonder if that poor widdle shark nearly choked. It was expecting a delicious and delectable seafood dinner yet all it got was a bland landcrab. On a bright note, the Australian government, normally slow and overrun by red tape like any government, has astonishingly agreed to expedite the surfer’s requested name change to “Bob”.

I have no idea why Christine O‘Donnell gave Piers Morgan, the “cheeky monkey”, that many chances. All I would put up with is one answer of “I did not come on here to talk about that, I came on this show to…” If the question was asked a second time, I’d be gone. These people in media really need to learn about boundaries. I do not think she could have made her desire to not talk about the subject more clear.

How many times does “No” need to be said before an encounter becomes sexual assult or rape? Why does that only apply to sex? How can anyone understand boundaries if “No”, “I won’t”, “I have no intention”, etc. have no meaning in ALL aspects of life? When do “No”, “I won’t”, “I have no intention”, etc. begin to have meaning, & why should we let others make that determination?

I wonder what the folks that are bashing Christine O‘Donnell for how she handled this incident would say to their daughter if she claimed but I said “No” four times.

Yes boys and girls, call our toll free hotline and we’ll lie to you, telling you how wonderful the muslim religion is. After we get you hooked on our lies, we’ll tell you how you too (men only because women are only barely above infidels and jews) can become pedifiles & molest… uhhh marry girls as young as two years old… And even though we will stone any homosexual to death, we will teach you how you can engage in sodomy with a young (under 14) boy to help teach him the proper versus of our very sick and twisted politicalideology, uhh I mean peaceful religion.

Muhammad was a bisexual, child molesting punk. He was so devoid normal decency he could not find satisfaction unless he was destroying the lives of others. He also suffered from delusions of grandeur.

How’s that for understanding islam? Heck you could have save a bunch of money & printed THAT on your billboards.

I favor the death penatlty for those who engage in these acts of violence upon others regardless of the damage caused. The damage comes from causing a person to live in fear of having worse committed upon them. I imagine it wouldn’t take too many public hangings before these idiots began acting with more civility.
