  Why would they check up on anyone on government assistance when they wont even drug test them? We all know people who are sucking off the government (taxpayers) who do not need it. But these leeches buy the things they want, like beer, drugs, cigarettes, smart phones, cable tv, or pressure cookers, so we have to pay for the things they need. Like food.

  My thoughts are if they stay put I wait for the police and I do not shoot. If they try to run, I shoot. I have no idea what they are running to grap to come back. I do not want them coming back to try again on me or my neighbor. In Ohio, you do not have to give an intruder an exit option. If they are in your house, you can shoot.
