  Marco Rubio did the best he could with the limited amount of time received from the Media. He didn’t have time to pause in each sentence, and so that causes dryness of the mouth in which he had to react quickly with some water. At least I got more out of his 15 minutes that a speech which lasted over an hour to which the only words I remember are “done now”.
