  Couple of things. Firstly, we purchased the American SW from Mexico… They can ask to buy it back if they want, at fair market value of course. And Texas won their independence from Mexico just like Mexico won their independence from Spain.

  All I know is that I live in Las Vegas. It’s full of Mormons. Yes, they are a little clannish, but they practice what they preach and are good and honest people for the most part. Harry Reid is only Mormon because he needed a white washing of his ancestry (his ancestors were horse thieves) and he needed their support in the beginning to win. Now that we’ve been Kalifornicated and SEIU rules here, he doesn’t need them anymore and acts accordingly. He has new masters now….

  My daughter is a raging liberal who lives in Austin. When she comes at me with bits and pieces of the liberal diatribe, I just hug her and tell her it’s alright. Even though we don’t agree, I still love her and would waterboard to keep her. That usually shuts her up, so we can move on to the good part of seeing each other..

  You dingles crack me up. I work at a company of about 30 people. Sometimes you just get a bad employee. It isn’t a statement about the company in general. As the shipping decision maker in my office, I’ve preferred Fedex for years because they have the best record. When Fedex has screwed up, they’ve made it up to me with great customer service. UPS is terrible, on both reliability and customer service. The USPS is not even worth considering or talking about.

  @Clara88. The Ron Paul supporters are THE SAME people that supported Obama in 2008. They’ve moved forward a tiny bit in their ideology growth, but they are still the same vicious, malicious, convert or kill if you don’t agree with me, children. So when you enter into a discussion with one of them, you must remember that and deal with them the same way you dealt with them in 2008. This means realizing when they see you don’t accept their ideology as truth, they will first inform you of how stupid you are and how smart they are (they have a college degree to prove it). When that doesn’t work they will insult you in one of two ways. Either in a passive/aggressive manner in order to fool themselves into thinking they aren’t being arseholes or by being straight up arseholes. Just ignore them…
