Your attempt at “educating” fell on it’s face. Gov Steve Beshear gave “concealed permit holders” the ability to carry “legally” in State buildings while in uniform. I wasn’t aware that a Waffle House is considered a “State building”. Perhaps I’m wrong. Again, it is a UCMJ offense to take a Army issued weapon off a military reservation WITHOUT the express authorization of the installation commander. What this DOES sound like, however, is a misguided young E4 or E5 who, after going home, decided to arm himself and head out for the night. I’m not saying for one minute that this guy doesn’t have an absolute RIGHT to defend himself. What I AM saying, however, is his claim that he was on duty while carrying. If that is the case, where is his chain of command, coming to his defense?

Oops it was Farnborough last year and the British would not let them fly the profile the next day.
There are videos on YouTube from the last Paris Airshow with, I believe, was ZB001 the first 787-9 and the A350. Airbus’ flight profile was a yawner, but Boeing’s was very much the same as in the video. Airbus pitched a fit about ZB001′s flight profile and the officials in France would not let Boeing fly the same profile the next day.
You forgot the glitter. Got to have glitter in there.

Ignorance is bliss. The base compound is used everyday with no problems at all. In fact the base compound is used in the production of your vegetables and to help your lawn grow.
There is a substance that is far more deadly and used everyday, you do not need identification to buy it and has very little regulation. It is called gasoline.
Nearly eveything can be used improperly and result in injury or death.
So is your denial apparently. If something is used as a bomb, it is a bomb. If tannerite is used as a bomb, it is a bomb. If gasoline is used as a bomb, it is a bomb. Do I need to provide you the definition of bomb as well?

Technology can be very useful in solving some of the current problems in the world we are facing.
Current ammunition is made with lead and copper. Environmentalists are squawking about lead poisoning the environment even though it is mined from the earth. Frangible bullets are made from copper, tin and some are made with polymers. New polymers can be made from rendered animal fat. I say use bacon fat based polymers in the frangible bullet. It can be called “The Bacon Bullet.”
No more lead being redeposited into the environment and the ISIS terrorists do not get to go to paradise or get their 72 virgins.
Sounds like a win-win.

Article 15 is Non-judicial punishment and only administrative. It is not a court martial that has prison time as punishment. So he is not a criminal as you so poorly try to assert. It was a career ending bad mark on his record. Additionally as a result of his actions there were no attacks on the men of his unit until after he was relieved of command on October 4th. As a retired senior Navy non-commissioned officer I would do everything in my power to bring all my men home. I would rather have my career ended that way then tell a spouse that their loved one did not come home became I failed to act on available intel.
