Piewacket, this is not at you, it is for all the trolls and people who think what has occurred after any BLACK death is justified. Any Looting and Pillaging should be met with shotgun blasts. Rioter should be shot! Do not want to be shot, do not go there, do not participate in criminal acts. Want to have a peaceful Dialogue, Turn in the agitators and out of area folks who only come to create hate and discontent. Do not like what I say, tough. I am Lloyd Bledsoe and am not afraid to call it like I see it.

If you do not vote, you just voted for the winner, and you have NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN!

BumsNightmare: Reading comprehension much? I am not defending this puke, I personally think he should be put to death for what he did. Good example of what cold blooded murderers deserve. but here is where I ask for your reading comprehension:
Immigration and Customs Enforcement told KULR-TV Deniz is a Mexican citizen who was legally admitted to the U.S. as a permanent resident.
I WILL NOT COMMENT ON THE FACT THAT HE IS HERE LEGALLY, PERHAPS ONE OF THE ONE WHO HAS BEEN GRANTED THIS PRIVILEGE ILLEGALLY BY OUR CURRENT GOVERNMENT.
“This individual does not have any criminal convictions, and, as a permanent resident, is not currently removable,” ICE told the news station in a statement. “Thus, an ICE detainer cannot be placed on the individual at this time. However, ICE is closely monitoring this case and coordinating with local authorities. If he is convicted for a criminal offense that allows him to be removed from the country, after the completion of sentence, ICE intends to take him into custody and pursue his removal from the United States.”
Ok, you got me on that point..we don't own many guns but I definitely wouldn't shoot someone on the back with my trusty sling shot
And I agree, criminals should get what they deserve but don't think anyone should die for theft..imho
#1. I agree with you, lbesq. I hate that my tax dollars go into various programs where there is no real return - just a bottomless pit.
#2. For the.canuckian. Maybe, just maybe criminals should know the laws a little better in the state they decide to conduct their illegal activities. Here in Texas we have this really weird one. It's called a "castle law" and written to PROTECT the property owner, not the friggin' criminal.

Whiplash, comprehension much? The Officer tried to open the door, the driver pulled it shut.(officer does not have right to do what he did) Especially with out backup. Officer Reached into the car(for what we will never know, probably, but again Not allowed, can be considered assault on the driver. Officer drew his gun and shot before car barely moved, and was clear of car before car moved 6″. Officer was in the wrong.
Wow, You have no clue about the constitution, law enforcement, police procedures, or physics. You have no ability to objectively interpret a clear video. I hope you never end up on a jury when someone's life is at stake.
Ibe, You should really consider not posting anything. You are showing your ignorance. I second the fact, you have NO CLUE
Marlow & fed...thanks. Only thing worse then idiot lefty trolls are jerks with a bias. I do know when a cop tells you to exit the vehicle failure to comply IS A CRIME! Once that goes down all the rest is immaterial. Ib too stoopid to see the forest for the trees. Again, appreciate your speaking up. Peace.

White or Black or any other color, if an Officer reaches into your car, IT CAN BE CONSIDERED threatening. Given the way things have been hyped, some are more afraid of the Police and the Police do not help by being “forceful” in their approach.

Desert Dog, where did the fellow in the car resist a Lawful order. He can not produce what he does not have in his possession.. Citations or warnings should have been written for several things, possible calling of assistance from his partner(if one was there) or other officers if they had already arrived. Reaching to open the door was wrong, reaching into the car, which can be considered an attack,, was wrong. The man paid with his life, the officer will pay with his freedom.
 July 29, 2015 at 5:23pm
Karma, the officer had no right to reach into the vehicle, the Officer had NO reason to have his gun out and NO reason to shoot. The Officer will pay a dear price for his stupidity, but the other fellow paid with his life for the officers stupidity.
I didn't say the officer did no wrong. He completely did. However the guy in the car was not doing anything good either. It was a mutual f up on both sides. If the perp would have complied with the officer some of this would not have happened. No the cop should not have had his gun out at all. He failed in escalation of force. He should have gone for mace, a baton, or a tazer first before his side arm, if he even needed to pull anything out at all which would not have been necessary if he hadn't stuck his arm in the guys car freaking out the driver. There is a lot wrong with the whole incident.
The officer did have a right to reach into the car, as soon as the driver started the car. He has a duty to stop him from escaping. A duty to protect regular citizens from a potential threat. The car was not registered to the driver, he had not proven he was legally allowed to drive or had a relationship with the owner and there was alcohol at his feet. As soon as the car moved it became a deadly weapon, allowing the use of deadly force. If he produced his drivers license or complies with officer and proves his identity, the whole thing could be resolved peacefully.

Are you really that Obtuse, or just simply a TROLL? Rhetorical Question, I know the answer already.
 July 28, 2015 at 1:37am
Sue the Woman for Harassment. that many unfounded complaints would warrant it.
What is that they say about a person committing at least three felonies on a daily basis? Think about it then, how many local ordinances does everybody violate daily? Just observe the person without making your surveillance look obvious all while studying you city and country ordinances. Then start hitting her with one complaint after another to the appropriate agencies.

added my plus to you buddy. Sometimes I think folks just “gut” react to what is typed without really understanding what was “said”

Verycobaltviolet, in response to your statement that are 9 or 10 years old, YOU ARE FULL OF POOP! A child starts school in first grade at or a little after their 6th birthday. Let us say 6 years old at the beginning of the first grade, 6th graders are then either 11 or possibly 12 years old. NO MATTER how you figure it, it is NOT the schools business to decide to give “birth control” to a MINOR child, that is the Right of the Parent with a Doctors involvement. Your kind of Lies disgust me.

@ LivertarianSocialist, Oh sorry for the misspell of your name, never can seem to reach the letter B on the key board. To parrot what another has said in the form of a question, would indicate a lack of substantive argument. Perhaps you should give real thought to your purpose in life. This will be the only time I respond to this TROLL. I will probably never see any of the responses to what I post either, Nor do I really care.

Cavallo, now how would you know to specify a particular area of the anatomy of your Sister and then state that you never did such an act? Those back sides are such tempting targets! I also never shot at the neighbor once she turned around to go back home, cross my heart.
 June 24, 2015 at 2:41am
And That is where the award came from. Had I been on the jury, I would have asked for criminal charges against the person who said they would “falsify” results.
Criminal charges for someone saying they would do something? Good thing that didn't apply to my sister every time she threatened to kill my brother.
Depending on your state they could have been criminal.
Goodbye FREE SPEECH. ADIOS. Goodbye. GONE.
Nice to know. I wonder what the statute of limitations is on that. Maybe I can lord it over my sister's head.
Did they only say they would do it, or did they actually do it? If it turned up in his medical record, he could easily get a second opinion and prove they had falsified his medical records, submitted invalid insurance codes and who knows what else?

So tell us, just how accurate is the “pin” that is placed? Just how wide is the “Border”? can I straddle it while standing in Mexico and The USA? Hmm. Perhaps the “geo” location is not that accurate? Personally, I do not care one way or the other. I’ll give you twenty feet to turn around and go back before I start shooting!

How about banning this “person” from being a Policeman in ANY State. Come to Idaho and he may not Like what happens when he is Off Duty. Just because he is an Officer of the Law does not exempt him from Real Justice.
 June 12, 2015 at 6:52pm
I remember the “nut Job” when the incidents supposedly happened in Idaho. Could find absolutely NO ONE to blame. She quit her job shortly after that if I remember correctly. I would consider her a patient for the Idaho State School and Hospital or perhaps Blackfoot Institution. That is only my opinion.

And your point? It is readily available technology. It is already a crime to shine a laser at a plane. Now for personal defense or defense from an out of control government…….
A NON vote is a Vote for the person who wins. If you do not want them to win, YOU MUST VOTE, as has been stated, even a write in vote is a VOTE. We must get rid of the Electoral College also, it does NOT represent the peoples votes. With it Major population centers dictate to an entire state, even if there are more people out side of those centers than in them. ID required to vote! Read and understand every Bill presented, Line item veto. Term limits! Should I go on…
