  Immigration reform as a whole, as applies to all countries and all humans, in my opinion should be this. There should be none, every human on this planet should be considered an American citizen with the ability to travel to and from at will and the ability to work and to go to school without restrictions from an immigration policy. This country was great not because it targeted just the best and brightest of the world but because it targeted everyone with no exception. What the British thought were Irish trash tuned out to be American gold. When given the opportunity despite ones current education and social status anyone has the chance to make gold from trash. Simple answers for complicated problems tend to be the most successful.

  Had I sugar coated my first post I wouldn’t have gotten near the responses that I did and they wouldn’t have contained the persons actual feelings on the matter. For example: The person who thought that Mexico was just chicken fights and human trafficking, this type of response has to be forcefully pulled out of someone because typically people reserve their true feelings on subjects until someone comes along and triggers that part of their brain.
  Mexico is a war zone due to the war on drugs and the only way to stop it is to stop the war on drugs. Anytime something is outlawed a black market pops up to fill the demand. There is no way to stop demand by outlawing supply, this idea is ludicrous. The Mexicans that cross that border should be considered refugees under the Geneva Convention and given what I like to call a “Refugee Afloat” status. Have them register for an ID, have them pay their fair share of taxes, but can’t vote.
  Beck and people following him attack Obama because he is supposedly trying to build a progressive Utopia but is it not Beck and his followers trying to build a conservative Utopia? What I want is a way to opt out of both Utopias. I don’t want to be a follower of either; I just want to live my life the way I want without becoming someone’s straw man.

  The pilgrims may have been Judeo-Christian but guess what, they illegally immigrated to a land of native Americans who accepted them despite the fact they didn’t legally have any rights to be where they were. Although the first to arrive in this country were Judeo-Christian pilgrims, the ones that actually built this country were free thinking immigrants looking for a new start away from persecution from laws that made no sense, so take that McGraw-Hill text book argument you just made and throw it in the trash where it belongs.   Or change your mind on the idea, take what are essentially fiscally conservative Catholics into your hearts and minds and have a better chance, with their help, of defeating the next progressive. Quit allowing people like Glenn Beck to sell you an idea for nothing more to inflame your passions. Yes my passion is on fire at the moment but I’m fighting for the freedom of a group of people Becks yankee **** doesn’t understand, I’m a real Texan, born and raised around the illegal’s and the blacks of the ghetto so I have much more understanding on this issue than he does.   And good for you that your parents had the opportunity to apply and be granted a lottery style citizenship but not everyone gets that chance. The one about god and the law was so 4th grade logic I can’t believe you typed it, calling them squatters and thieves even though they aren’t, take that crap back to grade school. I would much rather defend a bunch of people breaking the law than defend the likes of you, yeah. Were the fathers of this nation following the law when they created it, were the pilgrims following the law when they landed, is someone who does 120 mph on the highway for kicks committing a different kind of felony than someone who’s in their home smoking weed. The law is not what makes this country great please eject your head out of the sand and look around at what the law has really done to this country. Judges in Texas filling private jails for profit with fathers mothers…… and you people still think the law is on your side, yeah, all the way up until that no knock comes to your door, kills your dog and drags you out of your house in front of your family kicking and screaming about rights.   For once in your miserable excuse for a life put yourselves in the shoes of an illegal immigrant. Actually take you and your family and imagine if you only made mere dollars a month for working well over 50 hours a week in Mexico. If it was me in their shoes you couldn’t build a wall big enough to keep me out, there wouldn’t be a body of water large enough to keep me away. All you “followers” ever do is hold up the law as a pinnacle of righteousness, all the way up until it effects YOU negatively and then it’s just another law to be overlooked. This country was created by law breakers, this country was defended by law breakers, but when it comes to illegal immigrants in your little bitty brain the law is all that matters. Am I full of hate, yeah I hate watching my country go to crap because of a bunch of “followers” who do nothing but point fingers at illegal immigrants, gays, and everyone else but themselves as the problem with this country.   The state of Pennsylvania is far behind most states when it comes to oil and gas. First off a lawyer is the last thing you need unless you’re leasing mass amounts of acreage. If all you have is a couple of acres you’ll burn through the bonus paying for a lawyer. Except for Pennsylvania it is better not to lease anything under ten acres because of something called force pooling and the way units are created. Pennsylvania is a drainage state whereas Louisiana is a force pooling state. The difference is in Pennsylvania I can drill along side your property and drain your minerals to the land next to to you and not have to pay you. Louisiana requires an oil and gas company to pool you into a unit and pay you your fair share. If you have under ten acres it is better not to lease and to be force pooled as a “Working Interest” owner versus a “Royalty Owner”, which is why sometimes one acre lots can lease for up to $5000 an acre and large acreage leases at $2500. The only thing you need to know are: Depth clause (surface to top of producing zone; bottom of zone to center of earth), Pugh Clause (only for large acres or multiple tracts), at the current rates ask $2000 for every year the lease is in effect (not a normal request), never accept anything under 20% royalty, six month shut-in clause (no wiggle room on this), continuous operations (for large tracts). If all you have is 1 acre or less and don’t live in a drainage state, don’t lease, be force pooled and become a Working
