  @Rivahmitch, your post in which you express a desire that our President ends up shot to death, without a trial, and then hung by his feet in a public square, is not only morally repugnant, offensive and sickening, but possibly criminal. You are no Christian, and definitely not a true patriotic American. We Americans follow a government where we change our leaders with periodic elections, not with guns and public hangings. You are exactly the type of person that should “self-deport”. Try Cuba. They still follow your style of politics.

  Amazing how many of the posters here today are so GOOD and Godly in judging that the love and marriage between two persons of the same sex is a “sin”. How many of you posters who claim you just KNOW that marriage between homosexuals is a sin (because of the bible) also believed, or would have believed, that interracial marriage was a sin just 100 years ago? Yep, I’m sure you same people would have read these biblical passages and then proselytized that interracial marriage is a SIN! http://www.debunkingtfc.info/InterRacial_Marriage.html

  I say SHAME ON YOU ALL – 10% to 15% of our fellow, hardworking, tax paying, citizens, who help to build and defend our country, just want to be able to love and have a family … TRADITIONAL VALUES! YOU PEOPLE should be ashamed, standing like as if you are GOD judging others on what you think is a sin. Where is it banned in the 10 commandments? If you are a Christian, WHAT DID JESUS CHRIST SAY ABOUT THIS?

  I hope it is safe to say that none among us truly believe that interracial marriage is a sin. It is no longer illegal, you know. Interracial marraiges are not causing a decline to our civilizations or our values. Do we even know what is “traditional marriage?” It is the self-righteous and judgmental among us that is going to slowly strangle our Republican party into irrelevance unless we learn to tolerate and accept.

  @Naughtycal, you say 1 or 2 generation tolerate something then generations that follow accept it, then embrace it, then celebrate it, and you point to the black communities, but I am confused. You seems to say there has only been a downward spiral with African Americans when u said that now the black communities’ “entire main stream culture only celebrates drug dealing,fatherless children,and government entitlements.” And you said it was “just 4 or 5 generations ago black culture was advancing then in the mid-60′s”. Well, first the mid-60′s was not 4 or 5 generations ago – USA generations are defined as 25 years in length. Four or five generations ago, the time was 1900 to 1925, and do you recall the “culture” of African Americans, especially those hounded and lynched by the KKK in the south? Oh, yes, at least they were “free” because only 2 generations before that, African Americans were ENSLAVED. How about the progress in the last 2 generations (since the mid-60′s) when just showing a white man kissing a black woman on TV/movies was SCANDALOUS! Today, I have a nephew who I LOVE and TREASURE who is 1/2 black, 1/2 white. Yes, even “traditional marriage’ has since been redefined so that it is no longer ILLEGAL or a SIN for interracial marriage. Whoops… hey, isn’t that what we are talking about here?
