  Spank? That young woman is HUGE, and violent, and knows the male/adult/teacher cannot hit her back. You couldn’t pay me enough to “teach” young people like these. I’d rather sit home and collect whatever government bennies I could than to subject myself to dangerous abuse like that! Can’t beat ‘em? Join ‘em.

  I mentioned that I believe that Obama is a communist to a 45-year-old dental hygienist the day before the election and she asked, “is that like a Nazi?” My dentist says he believes in “communalism” because “people want more services.” I said, “so you’re a communist.” He simply nodded. I live in the SF Bay Area. Apparently, the progs have rebranded the word communist quite successfully.

  The civil war has started and we are late to the fray.

  Romney of Romneycare, that stuttering 1%er, that tax dodger who throws people out of work while raking in millions… that Romney? Oh yeah, like he has a snowball’s chance in hell of beating Obama!

  As soon as I can figure out how to attach my laptop to my TV monitor, I’ll subscribe. Then, I’ll need to figure out how to TIVO the show. Until and if that happens, I’m keeping the $5/month that I’d happily give to Beck in my pocket. I’m old, guys, and this new-fangled technology is tough for me!

  Sarah is a king maker. She waits only to see where she throws her support (and supporters) in the end. I suspect it will be Perry. She will remain a force in the campaign, much as Oprah was in the last.

  When it hits the Costco bin, I’ll spend five minutes perusing it while I shop. That should be plenty to assuage any curiositry I feel. Personally, though, I like the silhouette of Sarah on the cover– the strong, no nonsense, courageous, real Sarah– just not enough to buy the thing.
