A well-accepted rule of thumb for those who lose a loved one is: don't do anything "big" for a full year.
Michael Brown's family are about to see why that rule of thumb is a good one.
A lawsuit with no basis in fact is not going to give them ANYTHING, let alone closure.
The business owners should sue Mike’s daddy for inciting the crowd and causing their business losses.
Ferguson should be suing Gentle Mike's mother and his sperm donor (can't really call him a father, he was never there) for foisting a sociopath on the city that endangered other residents' lives.
Hands weren't up, you got no case.
Just cashing in. Their attorneys know that the city will most likely settle. It usually ends up being cheaper for them in the long run.
Raise a violent felon and set loose on society, then sue the pants off of whomever defends themselves against him. The welfare mindset at its finest.
Ferguson should file "Criminal Neglect" charges against the parents for the way thy raised him! I'll bet daddy appears in court n a suit, the trash talking piece of chit!
It's all about pay back at least in some way, they didn't get their way with Wilson in the justice system so now they'll try and bust the town's back in winning a big payoff from them.
Well of course they're filing a lawsuit.....the tee-shirts sales are dropping way off.

deeberj, and I said “nearly perfect” there were a few pitch issues, but overall it was a very good performance. I took issue with the cold reply from the pretend guitar master calling it “flatter than a pancake”

Master?? Not Even Close! The pitch was nearly perfect. Get over yourself, any one who would name themself Guitar MASTER is clearly the owner of a massive ego.
Sorry, the pitch was off a few times. But he was better than lots of people who sing the National anthem at games, and only 11.

agreed...how can you not think it's amazing? I'm only a drummer but I can still tell someone who can sing.

knuckle draggers?? You pathetic progressives never miss an opportunity to take the low road. I never mentioned religion, yet you go off on some idiotic rant about religion in schools???
You progressives are always trying to grow government, and give them more and more power, all while you relinquish your parental duties to them. You made a complete fool of yourself with that ridiculous post.
 April 22, 2015 at 2:26pm
who was talking to themselves??
Kinda strange that you’re not happy for the young girl….
The left and many in the GOP, just doesn't get it.
you understand had it been a working gun they had broken the law right?? it was not a problem because the gun was not able to fire, but had it been a working ar 15 it was against the law.
So if I may, States (or D.C.) can pick and choose Federal Laws, right?
Guns? Some states have extreme limits on guns. But the 2nd Amendment says “shall not be infringed”.
Pot? It is against Federal Law, but some States ignore it.
Vehicle registration, insurance, driver’s licenses are recognized state to state.
Concealed Carry Permits are not.

The officer would have been within his rights to shoot the subject with his service weapon.
You are 100% correct, but the fact that he managed to do it with his non-leathal weapon is good.
There is always the chance that the guy could turn his life around now.
this is proof that action was not required, and therefore not warranted. It is amazing when a skilled and trained officer is seen doing the proper thing instead of freaking out and killing people and dogs...
I agree with you .
The officer is extremely luckly. A taser doesn't always stop someone. The officer is lucky they weren't injured or worse.

The bottom line is, this is not the role of public education. Math, Science and Reading is where they need to focus.
The 3 R's man...
Let's not teach them anything about bullying abuse, or tolerance, or discrimination, or rational thinking.
Let's just be sure we've filled their cute little heads with the fear of the Lord , the wages of sin (about the same as the wages at Walmart), and the punishment of eternal hell, for not repenting when they had the chance.
But, none of that transgender crap!
Not on my watch!
You knuckle draggers are a sad bunch, always whining about the government .
