  • I agree with ENCINOM. There is not room for Alan West in government. Today’s politicians, lead by the Obamessiah are gutless, lying quislings and as a result West sticks out like a sore thumb. Now where ENCINOM proves himself to the the idiot he is in thinking that war comes from strength. Wars occur when you’re enemies perceive you to be weak…and quite frankly, based on what’s happening in the middle east at the moment that is exactly how America is perceived.

  • American’s are on the verge of losing their free speech right’s concerning any criticism of Islam, while Christianity is under attack at every turn. Does this sound characteristic of a Christain nation to anyone with a brain in their head?

  • Good point. The US is on the verge taking away the free speech rights of any American’s who speak out against Islam, but Christianity is fair game. I’m not sure what dream world you’re living in, but that isn’t exactly the behavior of a country you claim to be Christian.

  • @ TWINSPEEDR

There is no doubt in my mind America was a nation founded by Godly men and based on Godly, biblical principles, but does anyone really believe that the America of today even remotely resembles the vision of the founding father’s? Sorry, but a nation responsible for the murder of over 50 million of it’s unborn children, a nation now embracing homosexuality, and a nation where it is now illegal to publically display crosses or other symbols of the Christian faith is not my idea of a Christian nation. Are there millions of citizen’s in America who call themselves Christian’s?……absolutely. But America is also a county where moral decay is rampant, and it’s only goint to get worse.

  • Sadly, he is correct.

  • Perhaps because some TV preachers are Christians [ie Charles Stanley, John MacArthur, etc...]. I agree however, Joel Osteen isn’t one of them.

  • @GODLOVINMOM

Unfortunately, we are living in a day and age where telling the truth isn’t necessarily popular. It’s funny, in Acts 17: 11 Paul credits the Berean’s for being more noble because they did not merely agree with everything he said, rather they tested his words to see if they lined up with the scriptures. As Christians, we are all obligated to test the words of those who profess to be Christian’s esp. those in positions of authority, yet when we do so we are criticized by supposed or superficial Christians who have little or no biblical understanding. Sounds to me like LIBERTYGODDESS would fit in perfectly at Osteen’s Lakewood church. She may not learn much about the bible or the true character of God there, but she’ll get plenty of feel-good sermons…and it seem’s to me that’s pretty well all she’s interested in hearing about at the moment. GOD BLESS!

  • You’re right when you say you don’t know about this. Clearly you don’t know that Paul in 1 Corinthians Chapter 5 states that believers are not to judge unbeliever’s, but that we are to judge [albiet not hypocriticlly or self-righteously] those who would call themselves Christians. Sorry, but your “cast the first stone” comment does not apply here. Joel Osteen calls himself a Christian yet preaches an ungodly and unbiblical “prosperity” gospel, and that makes him a false teacher/prophet….end of story.

  • Good post. I didn’t realize computer’s were allowed in the nuthouse. Clearly you have shattered that theory. Any other non-sensical rambling’s you’ld like to share with us. Please say no!
