    I agree with ENCINOM. There is not room for Alan West in government. Today’s politicians, lead by the Obamessiah are gutless, lying quislings and as a result West sticks out like a sore thumb. Now where ENCINOM proves himself to the the idiot he is in thinking that war comes from strength. Wars occur when you’re enemies perceive you to be weak…and quite frankly, based on what’s happening in the middle east at the moment that is exactly how America is perceived.

    American’s are on the verge of losing their free speech right’s concerning any criticism of Islam, while Christianity is under attack at every turn. Does this sound characteristic of a Christain nation to anyone with a brain in their head?

  • September 25, 2012 at 4:26pm

    Good point. The US is on the verge taking away the free speech rights of any American’s who speak out against Islam, but Christianity is fair game. I’m not sure what dream world you’re living in, but that isn’t exactly the behavior of a country you claim to be Christian.

    @ TWINSPEEDR

    There is no doubt in my mind America was a nation founded by Godly men and based on Godly, biblical principles, but does anyone really believe that the America of today even remotely resembles the vision of the founding father’s? Sorry, but a nation responsible for the murder of over 50 million of it’s unborn children, a nation now embracing homosexuality, and a nation where it is now illegal to publically display crosses or other symbols of the Christian faith is not my idea of a Christian nation. Are there millions of citizen’s in America who call themselves Christian’s?……absolutely. But America is also a county where moral decay is rampant, and it’s only goint to get worse.

    Perhaps because some TV preachers are Christians [ie Charles Stanley, John MacArthur, etc...]. I agree however, Joel Osteen isn’t one of them.

    @GODLOVINMOM

    Unfortunately, we are living in a day and age where telling the truth isn’t necessarily popular. It’s funny, in Acts 17: 11 Paul credits the Berean’s for being more noble because they did not merely agree with everything he said, rather they tested his words to see if they lined up with the scriptures. As Christians, we are all obligated to test the words of those who profess to be Christian’s esp. those in positions of authority, yet when we do so we are criticized by supposed or superficial Christians who have little or no biblical understanding. Sounds to me like LIBERTYGODDESS would fit in perfectly at Osteen’s Lakewood church. She may not learn much about the bible or the true character of God there, but she’ll get plenty of feel-good sermons…and it seem’s to me that’s pretty well all she’s interested in hearing about at the moment. GOD BLESS!

  • September 19, 2012 at 5:17pm

    You’re right when you say you don’t know about this. Clearly you don’t know that Paul in 1 Corinthians Chapter 5 states that believers are not to judge unbeliever’s, but that we are to judge [albiet not hypocriticlly or self-righteously] those who would call themselves Christians. Sorry, but your “cast the first stone” comment does not apply here. Joel Osteen calls himself a Christian yet preaches an ungodly and unbiblical “prosperity” gospel, and that makes him a false teacher/prophet….end of story.

    Good post. I didn’t realize computer’s were allowed in the nuthouse. Clearly you have shattered that theory. Any other non-sensical rambling’s you’ld like to share with us. Please say no!

    @JOELOVELL

    I must admit I have never been to Lakewood, nor would I ever go there if I had the opportunity, but I have seen enough of your pastor [and I use that term loosely] on TV to recognize him for the false teacher he is. Does Lakewood provide invaluable services to communities both domestic and abroad …good! Yet Paul [ Philippians 3:8] referred to everything he accomplished before knowing Christ as “garbage”. Perhaps you pastor teaches that good works will get someone into Heaven, but unfortunately that stance is not supported anywhere in the scriptures. Nor is his belief there is more than one way to get into Heaven supported by the scriptures. As a matter of fact, he is indeed calling Christ a lair when he states this belief [John 14:6]. Now when your pastor, who admittedly says he’s not that well versed when it comes to the bible [ 20/20 interview, I believe 2009], starts preaching on sin and judgement stops depicting God as some “sugar daddy” here at our beck and call to supply all our material wants, then get back to me. Until then I will consider him to be the apostate I know him to be. You know, 2 Timothy 4:3 teaches “For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.” I could be wrong, but It sounds to me like Lakewood is the perfect church for you, and one I wouldn’t be caught dead attending.

    Good point! That is the same stance the Luthren Church took in Germany during the Hitler era. How’d the silence of the Luthren church work out for the Jews, Christians, and disabled living in Germany? Clearly, you and Joel have something in common. That being neither one of you have a clue as to what the bible teaches.

  • September 19, 2012 at 12:05pm

    Does anyone [other than the supposed Christians who support him] take this false teacher/coward seriously? I wonder what “brother” Joel is going to say when he stands before a Holy and Righteous God and has to give an account as to why he didn’t speak out against those in positions of power who refused to stand up for the rights of the unborn. Somehow I don’t think his “Sorry God, I just didn’t want to be divisive” remark is going to cut it.

    Fantastic! Another “Godly” book by a “blab it and grab it” false teacher. While God promises to supply the NEEDS of believer’s [ Matt 6 : 25-34], He never promises to supply our WANTS [ James 4 : 3-4]. Contrary to what the Joel Osteen, Benny Hinn and other false teacher’s would have us believe God is not a “sugar daddy”, or a “genie in a bottle” and those who think He is know nothing about God, the real meaning of prayer, or true biblical teaching. Unfortunately, this afront to true Christianity is becoming more and more popular, by a generation more interested in prosperity than seeking the true face of God.

    @bigben357mag

    I think if you removed your head for your a$$ occasionally you’ld see that Canada is at the forefront of recognizing terrorist regimes, and we have been for quite some time. And you’re question/implication “How low have we sunk?” is insulting to all Canadian’s. We may not be a world power, but we damn well stick by our friend’s and allies…..something you, with your marxist president cannot say at the moment.
    I do however agree with you on one point. God help us all if American’s are stupid enough to give Comrade Obama one more term. He has done notthing but embolden America’s [and the free world's] enemies and this guy could potentially be the death of us all.

    We have a great leader in Stephen Harper. He doesn’t lead from behind and he is extremely loyal to his friends [ie Isreal]. When he 1st came into power he used to meet weekly with the [primarily far-left] media and they chose that time to bash him and his policies [funny, they never did that when the Liberals were in power], so he permanently cancelled those sessions. Needless to say the media up here hate him, which is always a good sign for a conservative like Harper because it means he’s conducting himself the way conservatives should.

    It was the Harper government that lambasted the UN last Sept. for allowing despot’s to hold seat’s of power within it’s ranks and for it’s unwillingness to support Israel from it’s enemies.

    http://www.ctvnews.ca/baird-bares-teeth-in-offering-defence-of-israel-at-un-1.703445

    And it was the Harper government that told the EU in July [at the G8 meetings] to “take a hike” when it was looking for bailout money from Canada.

    Harper is, by far the greatest Canadian leader of my generation and the greatest conservative leader since Reagan and Thatcher. He cannot stand the marxist currently residing in the White House but rest assured, he will get along very well with President Romney and US/Canadian relations will never be better.

    You know, I’ll take this marxist seriously when he speaks out against the atrocities going on in his own country. South Africa is now at Stage 6 [the preparation stage in the genocidal process] on the Genocide Watch scale, one step removed from Stage 7 [extermination]. When this ungodly,radical, left wing nutjob starts speaking on behalf of the white Afrikaner farmer’s facing extinction in his own country then I might take him seriously. OK, I lied……I’ll never take this guy seriously no matter what.

  • September 2, 2012 at 2:39pm

    If nothing else the lib-lemmings on the left do provide an entertainment value. Their gloroius leader has lied about his marxist beliefs, lied about who his real father is, and lied about his true citizenship [I could go on for days, but what's the point?], but they’re more concerned with Ryan’s marathon times. LOL Can we really survive 4 more year’s of this buffoon and the shills/idiots who still mindlessly support him?

    Is the phrase “Trash Crisis“ Muslim Brotherrhood code for Christians, because I can`t see the Coptic Christians lasting 100 days under this lunatic. Remember when the Dumbocrats accused Palin for being clueless where foreign affairs were concerned. How`s that working out…..Barry might actually be stupider that Jimmy Carter, and that`s saying something!

    I think the one username more fitting for you would be The_Stupid, or perhaps The Stupid_Jerk. Clearly, you`re elevator doesn`t go all the way to the top, or are you simply the product of a fine liberal education.
