If anything, I would countersue for punitive damages, based on what these scum buckets did to their credit and in impeding on Jennifer Palmer’s freedom of speech rights, when it came to giving a review and warning other potential customers against doing business with KLearGear after a bad experience with them.
Secondly, all larger internet businesses by law, should have customer service numbers to contact them at. If any place I consider doing business with, does not have a contact number, then I simply don’t do business with them, as they are not not a credible business.

It certainly DOES! I wonder if, being the scammers both Kleargear AND Ripoffreport.com are, if they have learned from the best at being thugs and scammers; the Obama administration!
Lisa: If Ripoff Report wanted $2k to remove this negative feedback on Kleargear raises the possibility that there may be collusion between the two. The language in the Kleargear contract talking about a fine would likely be held to be against public policy so as to be found void in court, especially if the amount of the "fine" was not disclosed at the time the order was made. Indeed if no goods were shipped, it is doubtful any valid contract was ever created. If the Palmers can't find an attorney to take their case on a contingency, they might be eligible for help from a local legal aid society.

I agree. I thought she could see through him as much as most of us can, but unfortunately, not. That’s what happens when you think you know everything at a young age — and do not realize that you are taken in by the sickness of Obama, as much his minions are.

Yeah, perhaps if we became a smarter nation and took the fracking / Marcellus shale industry to a higher level, maybe — JUST MAYBE we would not BE in this position. Don’t you think?

Hey,Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi — or whoever the hell you are — get that arrogant smirk off of your face!

I cannot help but think that George Soros is behind this, just as he was behind all of the other stockmarket plunges and downgraded ratings of western countries, including England, France and the U.S.

How about a burqa? Then, we wouldn’t be able to see how ugly she is on the outside, as much as she is, inside.

Real class they are displaying, isn’t it? REAL “peace-loving” lefties, aren’t they, huh? Bull! How DARE they infringe on ANYONE’S right to freedom of speech! Did they OWN the spot? No. I certainly hope that the anti-semitism is met with a lawsuit of assault and battery charges.

Amen. I couldn’t have said it better, after reading the bitter, hateful and cynical posts written by others on this thread. If anything, they could use a lesson to be taken from the Christmas special Glenn aired tonight on The Blaze tv. They are fooling themselves, when they state that the music “sucks”, because the odds are, that the person who posted that particular comment, cannot sing.

I wonder if they do give tours! We’re right across the state from it and my hubby was mentioning that it would be nice to take a trip to check it out!

Ha-ha-ha-ha…the gov’t can stick Agenda 21 up their *unmentionables*!

LOVE it! If I was single, that house would be perfect. But — no bedroom, bathroom or kitchen? It would be more like a library. However, I still would love to have a little “getaway” like this!

I remember watching her a few times on tv and thinking how remarkable it is when God gives us those talents and abilities. R.I.P. Sarah Burke.

Amen, ColoradoMaverick! I have the book written by Peter Schweitzer and boy, is it eye-opening. Now, I’ve always been for weeding-out the bad guys from Congress, but I didn’t even know who HALF of them were, until I read “Throw Them All Out”…and how they all justified their lawlessness. Great book and especially after the way they killed Cain’s chances of getting in, tells me everything about how much they will lie, cheat and steal to keep an “outsider” from getting into the White House.
November 29, 2011 at 11:38am
Yeah…all they need to do is trump-up one gold-digger after another…one bankruptcy-prone, money-grubber who has in the past taken advantage of Cain and his wife’s goodheartedness — and what have you got? A boyfriend and ex-husband of Ginger White’s who has testified to how he would not put it past her to lie and defame to get her way? And how about his secretary of 15 years, who has attested to the fact that she had never, ever had seen or heard of Herman Cain having anything but a good heart and calls the allegations “unbelievable”?
If they're NOT true, then why Cain? And why ONLY Cain? Not Romney, the so-called front-runner. Not Newt, the one who's left two wives for mistresses, the easiest to believe is a philanderer. Not globe-trotting Huntsman.
Only Cain, and from multiple women with proven backgrounds and history with the man.
Because of CAIN's Race is why, I hate to use the race card here, but with Cain in the running it divides the black vote - making it hard for Odumbo to get the entirety of the vote. That is why he is being targetted so considerably, because it was already known that if one person could divide the votes and possibly beat Obama it would be Cain.
This is par for the course for the DNC though, natural for them to use such fabricated lies (I say fabricated, because there is no proof that he did anything to these women)

Ha! My password is: password. LOL…How original — and dumb — can you GET?
November 18, 2011 at 9:33pm
Amen, Snuskeeter. I know Cain has humility and therefore, wouldn’t be out there bragging about having Secret Service detail, so he’s probably not too happy about THAT getting out into the open! Nor is he happy about the fact that he has to GET Secret Service to protect his life. He’s a good man, but I think this is changing him a lot.

There IS report of this in the mainstream media — on the internet, radio AND on tv. The first I had heard of it was on FNC this morning.

That is true, Superman. We, the tea party are the only ones prepared for anything disastrous that comes along; whether it is economic, food supply, land ownership, education, etc. We have it down on paper, whereas the left doesn’t even know what they stand for — or against. Everything they state is hypocritical.

Amen. You mean, people are just REALIZING this is a smear campaign against Herman Cain? I know the man, and the last thing he would DO is something like any of these women — who, by the way were paid off by both the NRA AND the media to lie about him.
If anything, Herman Cain is a southern gentlemen, a successful businessman, a faithful Christian and and a decent person in general. Those involved in initiating this attack on him (i.e. Rahm Emanuel, Barack Obama), those who fell for it (i.e. the Perry and Romney campaign people) and those who BELIEVE the story without any substantiated evidence (i.e. supporters of other candidates and fair-weather fans) should be ashamed of themselves. Not only that, but when the dust settles, I sincerely hope that Cain sues for defamation of character, slander and libel.
