  Allow me to clear up this entire argument. No “law” that congress passes or executive order the sitting president signs can or will take away my Second Amendment rights. Why? Because my rights are granted to me by God and not bestowed by the government. There is no higher authority than God so there is no one that can take away my rights. I can give them up but I won’t. It may and probably will someday cost me my life to defend those rights but they will never be taken from me so long as I draw breath. P.S. that goes for all my rights as well. The government receives it’s authority from the consent of the governed. I hereby withdraw my consent.

  I hope they move to Utah. In case you don’t know, Utah passed a law stating that any firearm made within the state and sold within the state is exempt from federal laws. P.s. the 9mm used by the military is a 15 round capacity not 13. I carried one in service and another now in civilian status.

  Um…is it just me or does anyone else notice that our local lobs that troll these pages seem to be missing on this one?   Hey sensei, let’s recap history shall we? Who put the japanese and Germans in AMERICAN concentration camps? DEMOCRATS! Who was the fairly recent KKK grand wizard turned congressman and embraced by the left? A DEMOCRAT! When it comes to racism and hate crimes it is you democraps that have the history. However, thanks to s–t heads like you I am tempted to support one more act of hostility. I would be willing to support rounding up all liberals, progressives, democrats, socialists, or commies (what ever title you go by, they all mean the same thing) and putting you in a concentration camp. We would be doing the world and the cause of liberty a great service.

  While I agree that their actions were stupid and I strongly disagree with the KKK, I want to know where these students first amendment rights are AND why is this a school discipline situation and not a parental discipline situation? My dad would have kicked my tail end for this.

P.s. cheneys friend lived, Kennedy’s knocked up girlfriend didn’t. That makes it a double homicide. One more thing you should know. When the law is passed to outlaw guns and spineless weasels like yourself send someone else to take my guns from me, the deaths that will occur will be on your head.

  hey doomytram, there was an article a couple of years back about the department of home land security ordering something to the tune of 20 million hollow points. those cant be used in war by our military so i wonder where they intend to use them.

  One aspect that nonveterans are not aware of. I am six feet tall and 200 pounds, add my iotv (new flak vest), helmet, and ammo as well as a few other things and I am easily 260 pounds. We practice carrying each other off the battle field and carrying someone your own size is hard enough but I have never served with a single female in ten years of active duty service and three deployments that could get me off the battle field if I was hit. How many men may die because the woman next to him isn’t strong enough to save his life.
