    It is called “Personal Responsibility”. If these two morons did not make the call, the nurse would still be alive, therefore they are personally responsible for her death. Anyone else that allowed or supported the “prank” is just as responsible.

    You can never tell what will trigger a person to take their life, but bullies need to understand that there are consequences to their actions. And any of you that support this type of “joke” were porbably bullies yourselves.

    They should fry for what they did.

  • October Surprise: Unemployment Drops to 7.8% — But Skepticism Abounds

    Folks in the Government must have failed at math.

    300 000 + — first time applications for unemployment last week (4 week running average is about the same)

    4 weeks per month

    so 300 000 * 4 = 1 200 000 jobs lost last month

    114 000 new jobs created

    that means that 1 086 000 more people lost jobs last month than jobs were created

    Either the first time applicants are getting employed then getting fired, or these numbers mean absolutely nothing.

    Why is this not an issue with anybody?

    Where is this money coming from? If my budget does not come out positive, then I can’t spend money. IF this is borrowed money, we should tell the people with their hands out, that we cannot afford to send anything right now, just like I tell the charities that continue to ask for donations when I have none to give. Maybe we need to rethink the entire forien policy donations and get our government to understand that if they give away borrowed money, then we will give their jobs to someone else at the earliest possible time.
