  Actually he’s right. He didn’t include the fact that open war with the remaining natives of these “abandoned” cities would soon follow such colonisation. Basically he is saying that “we” should allow such new immigrents to do the dirty work that America herself is apparently unable or unwilling to do. How typical for a leftest to rise to the extream hights of unstated racism in trying to deal with a problem of racial differences his own dogma insists cannot exsist, and how thoughtless to those Americans left behind in these pits of crime and depression run over by the most savage among them.

  And do we think, such self-made cities if allowed to be successful in spite of laws good and bad and the dogmas of political correctness, will somehow make America stronger? They would not. They would be alian islands of a different credo of an unexpected kind.

  Bad idea. These problems need to be dealt with, but turning them over to forgine nations under conditions that do not require or encourage assymilation is not the answer.
