  Questions:
  1. If it’s not reported; how did you hear about it?
  2. If it’s not reported; How can the Command act if they don’t know about it?
  3. How many “reports” are false? [Remember Duke Lacrosse?]
  4. Are the numbers higher or lower then in the civilian pop.? If lower then something is very right in the US Military. {Something that the Libs can’t stand}
