I am in 100% agreement with you. I have said it here before. I have also said that Christians will believe anything they read unless it is read from Scripture.

    Pledging allegiance breaks many of God’s precepts;

    Pledging and taking oaths
    Idol worship
    Respect of persons
    Being yoked with unbelievers

But what are you going to do in a land filled with Plumed Serpents.

    Be humble.

And there is a religion that fills those shoes?

    “Come out of her”

Your not wrong about publicly traded companies and privately share owned companies. However, this is a characteristic designation of how the company is funded and it’s shares traded only, and really has nothing to do with what we are talking about. A non-publicly traded company is still a public company if it serves the public. A private membership company that is licensed and uses debt notes is a public company serving the public.
A private company is not licensed and does not serve the public.

    Did you go to college!?

“Divine Serpent” is the English translation of it’s name.

Carol, a farm certainly can be a private business.

I appreciate the dialogue. I have to point out that your raising points I never made. I never claimed to have a right not be “stopped”, “detained’, nor “questioned”. And I don’t claim those rights. The cops have a job to do.
I never raised the point of ID’ing, but since you have, I should be clear that first, I have every right exercise the 5th amendment and not ID myself. And second, I would identify myself for my identity would exonerate me, not condemn me. The power of a good name.
The law determines what assault and battery is. The jury determines whether or not what the law describes happened.
If I saw someone murder and a body was found, the police would make the arrest on my sworn affidavit. If no body was found, they would request a warrant on my statement and any other evidence they could gather and bring to the judge.

Man, I wish I have been fishing in the last 2 weeks. Maybe I will go tonight.

A private business cannot operate in commerce. It is invitation only. And because of the extent of most of your statuses, it is questionable if you could even legally participate in private. “the public” is a ward made up of individual wards called individuals.

Actually, that is exactly what they are doing. Yes, the billboard is meant to shock and grab attention. What they seem to be promoting is healthy sex within marriage which is Scriptural. Sex is not taboo and for creation only, as the Divine Serpent would have you believe.

Precedence has nothing to do with it. This case before us with this farm in NY is controlled by the dictates of the legislature for the State of NY. This has to do with an enforcement of a provision of a contract entered into between the couple who owns the farm and the State.
The case your citing was not founded on the interstate commerce clause. Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation because of race, color, religion, or national origin. See, even the state has a parent company.

What that code says is that churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches are not required to notify the secretary that they are applying for 501(c)3 status.
Churches are exempt before they franchise. The exempt status for a franchise is a benefit.

A private business can refuse anyone. The farm in question is not a private business.

I don’t vote the thumbs often. But when I do, it is because of the magnitude of importance of what was said.

I believe the point of her “invention” was that it could be latched easily and quickly at the sound of gunfire and not to just lock the room during session.

A corporation is a creature of the state, i.e. owned and managed by the government. An incorporated business owner is an officer of the state. They are franchises. This removes you from Common law and places you in commerce, or Canaanite trafficking. The judge hit it right on the money. It is not his fault they would rather stop hosting weddings all together instead of running a real, strict liability, private business. Nor is it his fault you don’t understand the difference.

    Thanks Capn,
It appears that the astrological data matches this date for the time when the eastern wise men(Israelites from the lost tribes) came and visited Jesus and offered gifts. Jesus was a toddler at this point and they where not celebrating His birthday.
Tammuz’s birthday has been celebrated on Dec. 25th for thousands of years before the time of Christ. Satan’s Cause is an abstract from the Norse and their version of the Pagan deity, Odin.
What is important for us is that we celebrate and observe the Sabbaths as God commanded and to stop lying to our children and training them to be materialistic.

I did not say that they should not have secured the situation and ensured the victim wasn’t the shooter. I just say they are not allowed to assault you while doing it. It seems that what you are saying is that my rights are secondary to your police officer’s safety. You can believe that. I am just telling you that, if it were me, your slave district’s insurance company would be reminding your officer’s that my rights are intact at all times.

On another note, how’s the fishing this season?

First, I think you need to listen to the video again with the volume on. Second, it seems to be in your opinion, if I take what you said to it’s logical conclusion, that everyone in that building is a “suspect”, because certainly someone sitting at a computer desk facing away from the room entry is not engaging in a mass shooting. A man who is sitting at a desk, gets up and lays down on the floor at your command with his hands up, does not need you to plant a boot on his spine for your safety. That is assault. Fictional character attire and weapons notwithstanding.

“They responded to a PHONED IN threat and had probable cause to check his phone.”

    SCOTUS just ruled on this,

It is there job to stop, detain, and question suspects of crime. (However I don’t know where you find a Constitutional link to this) But it is my right to remain silent and to be secure in my property and privacy. I have a right to exercise those rights even when someone calls a mass shooter complaint in to 911.

As to your last question, lets just say I would first find someone who is shooting.(and not a in a video game)

  • [1] August 28, 2014 at 7:30pm

You have a strange idea of what constitutes “questioning”. Look, if you have no problem being manhandled by the man, so be it. Call 9111 and fulfill your wildest fantasies.
I, on the other hand, will maintain and exercise my rights and defend them when violated.
I have clearly stated some of the rights that were violated in this video. Why don’t you address those?
