  • Typical arrogant behavior from a politician that has not served. I think it was pre planned, if it rained he would call for rain cover. The condecending tone and attitude he used makes it obvious he has little to no respect for the Marines sworn to protect him. I wonder what kind of face he would have made if he realized that Marine could kill him 32 different ways with that umbrella. In the end, he tried to make the Marines look like his personal servants and ended up looking like a ninny. Well done Marines, I salute you! O7

  • I am losing one day of pay for 22 weeks due to sequestration. I was a bit irritated by that, untill I heard about this. Thank you House Republicans for standing firm and making sure the sequestration took place. I am more then willing to lose 2 1/2 weeks of pay to keep liberals out of our fighting men’s hair.

  • For me I would not live in a HOA but if I made the choice to live in one. I would be expected to abide by the rules. It makes me scratch my head, you drive down the road and speed you take your chances and if you get caught and get a ticket you pay the price. You dont think the law is correct you lobby to get it changed. Some folks in our culture believe they are above or beyond the law. I dont like that rule, I will ignore it. In this story the folks who broke the rule freely admit they were wrong. Why would you break a rule knowingly and willingly and then get bent out of shape when you get called on it? Would you let your children do it, your spouse, a person who steals your property? Seems pretty simple to me, break the rules you pay the price. The fact these folks got off scott free shows just how messed up our legal system is.
I see a lot about how bad HOA are, but in the anger towards HOAs. It appears that the basic reality of follow the rules regardless if you like them or not. Seems lost here…..

  • I was trying to look at it from the DJ’s point of view. After watching the video a second time. My training in body language tells me. They dont feel they did anything wrong. The male DJ inability to look at the interviewers face and have a conversation screams he is either lieing out his butt or not saying what he really thinks. He kept looking to the left, classic sign of lieing or not telling the truth. The female DJ’s pupils were not dialated. That is a sign of crocodile tears, or water works as you please. These guys are actors after all. This is a pure damage control interview.

  • Hmmm, on the one hand there ws no ill intent other then gloy hounding on the part of the DJs. On the other they did cause, off handed or not. A death of another, the nurse is Indian, plus the Brits place thier royalty on a very high throne. You just dont mess with thier royalty, it is a matter of pride for them. I can only imagine the amount of crap the nurse had to deal with once this broke.
Too dang easy in today’s society to just throw your hands up and say “not my fault”. No one is responsible for anything they do these days. All it takes in one more bad thing in life to cause a suicide. Words once spoken can never be taken back. Sad very sad…
On a final thought. If they were surprised on how well thier “prank” was going and thought they would never succeed. Would you not think one of these two “unicroms” would have had the integrity to say wait a minute. This isnt right…..

  • As a wise man once told me. “If it is not for sale. Dont advertise ladies.” While married, she posed topless for man not her husband. LOL, if this was a guy who had posed nude for a female coworker not his wife. We would hear how horrible of a human being he is, how horrible all men are, how much of a victim his wife was, yadda yadda yadda…… Double standards are very real in today’s work place.

  • Just a thought. If she did not ask or want this on her phone. Why was it STILL on the phone? It just makes me stop a moment and go hmmmmm….

  • Folks…. You have no idea how bad it is getting budget wise in the military. I see it everyday, do more with less people. RIF (Reduction In Force) bodies and add to the work load. Cut training, equipment maintenance, and normal day to day supplies, no money for it. Basic military readiness is shaky at best. Lord help us all, if any of our enemies push us much harder.

  • I have watched the race for the Republican candidate heat up with great interest. We desperately need to get the white house and the Senate back with Conservatives. Sadly, “die hards” are the only folks who pay much attention to straw poles, debates, and the run up to the “main event”. The Presidential Election is when most of the country starts to pay attention. Ron Paul has been trying to get into the White House for a very long time. Kind of like how Ralph Nader has been trying to win the Democrat Nomination. I do hope more people get involved and sooner the better. The better informed Public we have the better off the Country is.

  • @SGBT
    Sir or Ma’am,

I live in Tacoma Washington. I agree every tax payer has the right to use the road. I deal with folks on bicycles almost everyday. Normally I dont have any problems with them. Untill they decide a bike lane can accomidate 3 riders riding abreast, ignoring traffic laws(red lights, pedestrians, failing to use turn signals ect.) Piping vehicles that are stopped at a traffic light. Piping is where you place a diagonaly cut steel pipe on the paint job of a vehicle as your ride by. There are jerks in motor vehicles and jerks on bicycles. It always the few that give the majority a bad name.
