He could be a U.S. veteran who was disfigured in combat (a fire) but who now serves his country in the Secret Service? Or he could be a foreign service member who was disfigured. Totally possible.

It’s the context that’s the problem…
The “Kids Inaugural Ball?” If she was playing for the USO in Afghanistan I’d think, “Hey, she’s a pretty girl and there are a bunch of U.S. warriors who need a break…” Now what DOES bother me about Katie Perry is I see her as a bridge to sexualize our girls. Her girl next door looks and constant appearances in front of kids coupled with her visual hints and more importantly – the lyrics TROUBLE ME. Google the words to her song Last Friday Night and if you have girls under age 18, you will absolutely turn the radio off (or you should be).

What if instead of doing us harm via terror (which could be an unfortunate result), what is these recent explosions are a deliberate effort to serve the agenda of those who do NOT want the U.S. to be energy self-sufficient (other than solar/wind)? What better reason against natural gas than the argument “It’s just not safe.” Think about it…

From what I read here, she sounds like a true Christian, just as Marine25 states. Self-described (bible-based) Christians recognize others very quickly. Let’s hope her prayers are answered just like the ones I know others are saying for our leaders and our country, even if she is speaking from the Lion’s den!

His quote: “I should not carry a loaded firearm in my car.” sounds wrong. It appears this was a set up to advance that mentality, which is presumptive. It says to the reader and the world “and neither should you” when the message actually should be – act responsibly and be extra vigilant with you property, particularly dangerous property.

By the way, technically the man has every right to keep his gun in his car in any manner or fashion that is in accordance with law. Questions: Was the car in the public right-of-way or on his property? How could the person who left the message come by this knowledge?
