  • Nothing new. Another show for Barry.
With the government in the state it is in you would think it better to have a small swearing in ceremony inside and save the dough.

  • Always amazes me where guys like Jones come from. He was deliberatly placed on the show to look like a joke. Not good for the cause, looked out of control.

  • Help me out here. Isn’t that Joe Biden in this meeting? Did Joe not say, during the debate, that neither he nor the president knew much about this attack, they were not informed? Or am I confusing that with the request for protection at the consolate?

  • This entire event is theater. As the demcrats like to say, “elections have consequences”. The repulican controlled house passed a budget in May 2012. They sent the budget to the senate where, if the leadership would do their job, would pass their own budget. It then goes to conference where a final budget can be agreed upon to send to the president. That’s the process. And the fact that the process has not been followed is proof that this “cliff” is a manufactured version of “it’s the GOP’s fault if we go over the fictional “cliff”. Such BS, if Reid would do his duty bound constitutional job there would be no “cliff”.

  • All well and good but…half of the country has their hand out, voted for Barry. Your vision makes it easier for the Barrys to get elected because the pie will be split on the right side of the pie. It is unfortunate, but a fact, liberals have finished the project created in 1964. They command an underclass. They have also convinced states that their voters require more time to vote and transportation to the polls and don’t forget, FREE PHONES!!
The constitution has been turned upside down against the tax payers and for the tax takers.

  • @SendtheMeteors-Just look at what our education system has brought us. We have 535 highly educated, mostly lawyers, many Ivy Leagers, running this country into the ground.
The smartest, most educated people went to Washington and developed a system to destroy this country, both parties, mortgaging our childrens/grand-childrens future for their own gratification.
They gave themselves lavish healthcare and retirement packages after one term in office on our dime while allowing our pension and healthcare programs to go broke over the years failing to address for political reasons.
They developed a law that destroyed the core of our housing and banking system all to continue to perpetuate this underclass mentality and their re-election.
They go on vacation “fact finding” trips, or if the president just vacations and golf outings, on our dime, while most middle class americans cannot afford vacations.
Yup, the highly educated have really done us well. I would suggest a few more community college educated, common sense, real world people are needed to replace all these Ivy League Lawyers.
One question I have. If the country does default does this mean the lavish congressional pension plans go south? If so, maybe default ain’t so bad.

    In reply to castious.

My first job was union in the mid 70s. I could not believe the level of laziness and rules time-studied to promote and protect the union jobs. Paid dues directly withdrawn from my company paycheck, I never used the union or had any need. But what were the result of the inefficiencies and lack of production quality, company closed the plant little at a time moving production lines out. Took 5 years but that union protection and quality cost thousands of jobs.

  • Give me a break….the guy was disaplining a player that made a bonehead foul after the team has kept a game close against a ranked team. People have got to simmer down about this crap.

  • The President should not mock the Cathoilc religion with cheap humor doing the blessing with the wrong hand.
