  • Sirhan,

    In closing, a question:

Since only God creates (from nothing, something), who is He speaking to in Genesis 1:26? Eloheem (singular plural) said, let US make man in OUR image… angels don’t create anything. Man only uses what God already created to innovate & imitate what already is.

Yeshua, the Messiah, The Son who is God, was there before time began. He is the I AM (Haw-Yah asher Haw-Yah) – the self-existent one and He is preeminent over all of His creation.

I will pray for you friend, that the Lord open your eyes to the truth. Shalom.

  • Sirhan,

I have to say, you are crafty. Nevertheless, you are mistaken.

    Beget (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/beget):
BEGET’, v.t. pret. begot, begat; pp. begot, begotten.

    1. To procreate, as a father or sire; to generate; as, to beget a son.

Has nothing to do w/ lower animal functions. Each kind begets its own kind. Sheep beget sheep, man begets man, and God begets God.

The term Sons of God (bane Eloheem) in the bible always refer to a direct creation of God (w/ one exception). Thus, Adam is a son of God because he was a direct creation, as are Angels, and as are those who are born again (John 3) of the Spirit of God, for God has regenerated him (John 1; Romans 8; Galatians 4; Philippians 2; 1 John 3). All men (before regeneration) are sons of Adam (man – Genesis 5:3, begotten in his likeness). Genesis 6 is speaking of fallen angels messing w/ the daughters of man (bath adam) – likely where all ancient mythology comes from, and one of the prime reasons for the flood.

The one exception is Jesus (Yeshua) Christ. He is begotten of God, not created (John 1, 3, & 6; Matthew 16, 26). As previously pointed out, He participated in the creation – all things were created through Him (John 1, Colossians 1, John 8:58, Exodus 3:14, Genesis 1:26, etc.). And to say He never claimed equality w/ God is untrue (as already pointed out – John 8, John 10, etc.).

  • @Sirhan conclusion. Here’s where He makes the claim, notice the rocks that come out as soon as He makes the claim.

    (56) Your father Abraham rejoiced to see My day, and he saw and was glad.” (57) Then the Jews said to Him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have You seen Abraham?” (58) Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” (59) Then they took up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

Exodus 3:13-14 Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” (14) And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ “

    (46) Which of you convicts Me of sin? And if I tell the truth, why do you not believe Me? (47) He who is of God hears God’s words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God.” (48) Then the Jews answered and said to Him, “Do we not say rightly that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?” (49) Jesus answered, “I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me. (50) And I do not seek My own glory; there is One who seeks and judges. (51) Most assuredly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word he shall never see death.” (52) Then the Jews said to Him, “Now we know that You have a demon! Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and You say, ‘If anyone keeps My word he shall never taste death.’ (53) Are You greater than our father Abraham, who is dead? And the prophets are dead. Who do You make Yourself out to be?” (54) Jesus answered, “If I honor Myself, My honor is nothing. It is My Father who honors Me, of whom you say that He is your God. (55) Yet you have not known Him, but I know Him. And if I say, ‘I do not know Him,’ I shall be a liar like you; but I do know Him and keep His word.

  • @Sirhan cont.

    (37) “I know that you are Abraham’s descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you. (38) I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with your father.” (39) They answered and said to Him, “Abraham is our father.” Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham’s children, you would do the works of Abraham. (40) But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this. (41) You do the deeds of your father.” Then they said to Him, “We were not born of fornication; we have one Father—God.” (42) Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me. (43) Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. (44) You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it. (45) But because I tell the truth, you do not believe Me.

  • @ Sirhan cont. Here’s John 8 (see esp vs 41-46 & 56-59):

John 8:25-59 Then they said to Him, “Who are You?” And Jesus said to them, “Just what I have been saying to you from the beginning. (26) I have many things to say and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I heard from Him.” (27) They did not understand that He spoke to them of the Father. (28) Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I AM and I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. (29) And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” (30) As He spoke these words, many believed in Him. (31) Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. (32) And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (33) They answered Him, “We are Abraham’s descendants, and have never been in bondage to anyone. How can You say, ‘You will be made free’?” (34) Jesus answered them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. (35) And a slave does not abide in the house forever, a son abides forever. (36) Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.

  • “I know full well what you meant. I stand by what I said. Anyway, the woman at the well did not get any spiritual blessings from Jesus. He didn’t tell her he was God, or that he was God’s begotten son, or that she must believe that he came to die for the sins of the world in order to be saved. She got nothing from Jesus.”

    Sirhan,

    You once again lie:

John 4:25-26 The woman said to Him, “I know that Messiah is coming” (who is called Christ). “When He comes, He will tell us all things.” (26) Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.”

John 4:39-41 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed in Him because of the word of the woman who testified, “He told me all that I ever did.” (40) So when the Samaritans had come to Him, they urged Him to stay with them; and He stayed there two days. (41) And many more believed because of His own word.

You are adept at taking scripture out of context & weaving one lie after another. Not surprising since your father & god, the devil, is the father of lies & a murderer from the beginning.

John 8 was written to you (esp vs 44) & because you will (intentionally) miss it, Jesus clearly claims to be the Son of God – the Sadducees & Pharisees are always ready w/ the rocks when He made such claims. In fact He claims to be the voice of the burning bush in Exodus 3:14. (Never you mind that John 1 clearly states He existed before time began and all things were made through Him).

  • @Sirhan,

you stated: “There is no proof in the entire Bible that Jesus died on the cross or at any other time. I ask you these questions: Did anyone ever check the pulse of Jesus to see if he was truly dead? Did anyone hold a mirror to his nostrils to see if he had stopped breathing? Did anyone check to see if his chest was still rising and falling which would be an indication he was still taking in air? Did rigor mortis of Jesus’ body take place? ”

Doesn’t say. They did run a spear through his side & bled Him out. He was dead – many witnessed it & acknowledged it. You are simply a fool to state otherwise.

Regarding your other false claims & nonsense about the disciples being sent only to Jews including the non-existent “lost tribes”, you are contradicted by the entire new testament from Acts on. Luke – a gentile – wrote a Gospel & Acts. Ephesus, Rome, Corinth, Asia, etc. the list goes on.

But you practice Goebbels well: tell a lie big enough, often enough…

“Jesus came to give instructions on how to receive eternal life. Meaning how to get to heaven. Casting out demons and reattaching an ear is not that…”

Half right (you still miss the message & the how). Jesus came to die for the sins of the world (John 3). He did instruct us on how to get to heaven, but it isn’t through anything we do. And the Samaritan woman – that wasn’t a healing but pointing her to Himself, the way to eternal life. Read it again.

  • @DLV you may be right, probably are. But then it is my time to waste, nevertheless thanks for the advice. :-)

Then again if we just ignore the lies he spouts re: the Word of God & JC he may stumble those that are unsuspecting, who don’t know the truth & may walk away w/ his perverted version.

  • Sirhan,

First of all you’ve taken Luke 19:27 completely out of context & that isn’t an instruction to kill anyone. He was telling a parable of the Kingdom which He, Christ, will usher in at His second coming. As I said before, God reserves judgment to Himself alone. Nowhere (& you still failed to point out an instance) did Christ ever instruct His disciples to commit violence against anyone.

You stated: “Before his so-called conversion Paul was to the Christians what Adolf was to the Jews. If A.H. had gone to Moses and declared himself a Jew, do you think that tribe would have allowed him to author the majority of the Old Testament? I submit to you the answer would is “hell no”!”

Your illustration is a non-sequitur and has nothing to do w/ the sincerity of Paul’s conversion or the fact that the Jewish believers (once they saw that his conversion was sincere) did in fact accept him. Paul was a Jew in the flesh as were all the early disciples. The first Christians were Jews as is its Creator. Christianity is not a race or a religion; it is a relationship w/ the Living Lord. So I fail to see what you are driving at.
