  A little short on details. It’s not a simple bible study. This guy has a church sign out front with a religious message on it. I don’t mind that but it’s not appropriate in a residential neighborhood. As an ordained pastor of some religious organization holding gatherings 3 times per week is more than just poker night. It’s more than Monday night football, more like Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Is this pastor operating as a non profit religious organization for tax purposes and is he collecting any donations at any time. If so then he is a religious organization and needs to follow proper protocol as such. He has set himself up for more than a ‘freedom of assembly’ issue. You can’t set up a casino for poker or bingo night at your home either.

  Lil Limbaugh, there is no such thing as a true atheist. A true atheist denies or disbelieves the existence of a God or Gods. If you are an intellectually honest person and you have no proof of the existence of God or Gods, then you are Agnostic. You cannot deny or prove that there is no God unless you have searched all the galaxies in the Universe with all known and unknown search techniques. If you then disbelieve that there is no God, that makes no sense or is eminently illogical. The act of believing negatively requires faith in the unknown and therefore becomes your own dogma or religion which is emotional and irrational.

  By the way, we did not come from apes. DNA studies have shown that species do not jump from their species domain to another, not in nature or the laboratory. There is more coming that will prove that “The Origin of Species” is not what Darwin proposed.

  Let’s see, workers in the fields are coming down with something mysterious that has never been witnessed before. A chronic lack of water for people who are very familiar with their environment has to be the solution. It couldn’t possibly be pesticides, artificial fertilizers, Genetically Modified Organisms, or anything that would cost any company any production or profits. After all, people are expendable aren’t we?

  Are the parents not ultimately responsible for supplying defective genetics. Were the egg and sperm perfect but the handling of it was substandard Mom? Quality control begins at home.

  If it can be shown that their was any negligence on the mother or fathers part by eating poorly, exposing reproductive organs to radiation etc, should they not be charged for tainting societies gene pool?

  Are they barred from the Special Olympics for life?

  Please sue and get it to the Supreme Court for all the states police. Freedom of the press and freedom of expression. We need video to witness the abuses of the police officers. Judges believe officers over citizens because they are officers of the court and are “supposed” to be trained and honest. We know they are not all honest. Video can and does refute dirty cops lies.

  This Cop should be immediately fired. I’m surprised the other cop didn’t tell the Steroid Raged PowerHead to chill out but I’m sure this power freak has a rep as a hot head. Instead of Protecting and Serving, this DickTater needs to get his aggressions out in the Octagon in UFC where he can get his but whipped by someone who can pound a little sense into his reptilian reactive part of his brain. The citizen did try in the very first interaction to tell the officer about the concealed weapon but was interrupted. It is the citizens fault for not persisting but the officers behavior is purely unacceptable. There is no excuse for such behavior.
