  “Walmart lowers the grocery bill of the poor.” I do not see this statement as being correct. I find that their prices–for most everything–is so expensive. If the poor (or anyone) wants to save money on food and other necessities, they must search out sale ads, start stocking up and preserve some of their own food. It is a skill and a mind set to do these things and over time–it pays off!

  We live in a condo complex and obviously have an HOA. If we are ever able to sell, I will never be a part of an HOA again. We went to 1 meeting and will be our last. There were 2 people who took over the meeting, not letting anyone else talk or bring up a concern. The people elected to the board do as they please in regards to their property and disregard the few and very basic standards of continuity.

  I live in Wisconsin and have We-Energies for gas and electric. My bill had 2 inserts trying to explain this crap! Lots of tariffs and per day fees now. My utilities necessarily skyrocketed by about 25%!

  Ares338–I think you are correct, we have not heard the last of him. I look at it as him finding a more effective role in the fight. If top to bottom GOP people would take the time and REALLY get to know their role, we would not have lost this election and our country would be the better for it. IMHO, the old timers in these roles–especially in DC…please go home and let someone with spines, integrity and common sense take your role; I for one am sick of hearing your progressive crap (even if it is progressive “light”) and bickering when it comes to elections.
