I’m usually skeptical of “false flag” events, but this one just screams that phrase at me.

I thoroughly enjoyed your fictional report! Additional kudos for including the Yoda meme from the recent GB radio broadcasts!

Definitely scripted. If it were legit, the “worst roommate” would have been punched within the first 30 seconds. Still funny!

Doubting revisionism in this case – the cannibalism was even portrayed (implicitly) in the film “The New World”.

Not trying to police your comment, but “baloney” is the correct spelling when it’s used to mean “nonsense”. So only one previous comment was incorrectly spelled. :)

NC probably still wins since the Roanoke “Lost” Colony pre-dated Jamestown. If the Jamestown settlers had to resort to cannibalism for survival, I bet that the Roanoke settlers did as well. :)

SE DC used to be the area for this type of violence, but NE has become increasingly “sketchy” in the last 5 years or so. Hmmm… wonder why? Of course, with the current political environment in DC, I find that the entire District is sketchy, particularly Capitol Hill and especially 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

They appeared to be partaking in some Frenching in the second video. Probably just the camera angle, but it gave me a different perspective on the first. :)

Most boring sport in the world? You’ve got to be kidding me! Learn the rules, learn to keep your eye on the puck, and then say that. A southern girl born and bred, before the NHL’s expansion to the southern US, I fell in love with hockey upon seeing my first ECHL (~3 levels below NHL) game. IMHO, the most boring “major” (i.e. widely followed and televised sport in the US) is baseball. Again, just my opinion. Hockey is fast-paced and the players must have endurance (wearing all of that equipment and playing on skates). Not knocking the NBA (a sport I don’t follow but can appreciate), but saying that hockey players aren’t athletes is uneducated at best and imbecilic at worst.
