  Its not about 7 rounds, or ten rounds, Its more about Control, and Confiscation. Did the State Confiscate His leagally owned Firearms because now The State considers Him a Criminal?
  Did the State Revoke His Carry permit?
  Is the State going to spot check the Troopers weapons for more then 7 rounds?
  And People wonder why Taxpaying Residents are Fleeing NY in record numbers!
