  As a Christian, that’s read the Bible thoroughly many times… I have to say, this is bunk!

  Our God “to Christians & Jews” is not the allah of Islam. Allah is only the god to one group of people “faith” (that I’m aware of), which is Islam.

  I’m not proclaiming to be an expert on religion… but I do know my own religion, and allah is not my god.

  I don’t agree with #1 at all… especially if you read the entire chapter (in context). Pulling this snippet out and redefining the intent is wrong.

  2 verses later, John 1:12 says “Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God”.
