  “Intolerable and inexcusable…” that we got caught.. I can believe Obama did not know about it (has there ever been a more detached president?) but I see David Axlerod’s and and Rahm Emmanuel’s hands all over it.

  It is definitly illegal. Not only is it damaging the commercial property but it is putting people at risk for slip and falls opening the commercial entity to civil liability. It is not a prank but criminal activity causing a commercial enterprise to close down part of their facility for clean-up. Those who perpetrate such actions should be charged with a crime and sued for damages, cleanup costs and loss of business.
