  • How ironic…. isn’t interviewing an empty chair just like interviewing Obama, face to face?

  • This is NO SURPRISE. My dad retired from Los Angeles County Fire Dept, and a brother retired from another department up the coast. MANY of the ‘heros’ we have on the west coast go out on medical, claiming it job related. I know for a FACT that many of them hurt themselves on side jobs, where they undercut contractors because they already have a very very very lucrative job driving a shiny red truck.

They sleep on my dime, they work out on my time, they drive around in my vehicle, using my fuel, shopping on my time. They sleep in three (3) new firestations that cost an average of $11.3 MILLION dollars each (yes, I have the facts), while you and I, as THEIR EMPLOYER, have to listen to them bitch and moan that they are worked too hard for what they make.

Well, when you are pulling down over $100,000 dollars a year, and that is twice with your employer, the taxpayer makes, I think you need to take a STFU pill……

To classify them all as heros is a slap in the face of those that are true heros. Take a Marine, for one. They charge in the direction of bullets, making $22,000 a year, and don’t expect a free donut when they stop in your resturant….

    ….. get a life, you firefighter loosers…..

  • I live in this BrokeBack State,,,,,, and it ****** me off. LA County just passed an ordinance that makes the use of footballs and frisbees ILLEGAL on beaches, and violators will be fined $1000.00.

So……. this City, this County, THIS STATE is so far gone the only thing saving the rest of the nation is a 8.0 earthquake. Hopefully our infected state will break off and sink…..

  • My son just finished his tour there, and because of the politically-correct decisions that are being made, instead of war-winning and life-saving decisions, he is leaving the Corp.

When he witnessed a Taliban buring IED’s in a field, radiod the positions in, and was told that he “didn’t know what he was looking at and should shut up”, only to find out later in the day that villagers were killed when then walked on one, he came to the realization that his life is not worth the career of an officer that doesn’t HAVE THE BALLS to do what is RIGHT.

I would love to thank the author of the article. He undoubtedly has given up his career for the greater good of TRUTH.

  • …….. me thinks they forgot the ‘Righty Tighty Lefty Loosey’ rule…….

  • Someone with the courage to say the “emporer is naked”. Calling the kettle black, a spade a spade, etc…

Since when did we have to start worring about what everyone else thinks! sheeeeesh!

  • ‘sniff’

    Awesome!

  • Typical ‘shoot the messenger’ mentality.

My son, when in 3rd grade, would come home with torn clothing, a gift from a 6th grade bully. When I asked my son why he didn’t report it, his response was ‘he would be benched with the bully’. After storming into the Principle’s office and demanding an answer, I was told by this Liberal Loon that she couldn’t just reprimand the bully – it would hurt his feelings!!!

… two weeks later, my son was out of that school….
…… I would have hurt his feelings, starting at the base of his skull – his A.$. $.

  • If Matel decided to come out the the pull-string Biden Doll, I’d stand in line to buy it.
…. the only problem is – would there be enough memory for all his gaffs?

  • Being the father of a Marine, my heart goes out to this family. Nothing can replace the loss of their son.
