“With the help of the American Civil Liberties Union, a Virginia 16-year-old has filed a federal lawsuit against his school district, demanding he be allowed to use the boys restroom even though he was born female.”
How about, “With the help of the American Civil Liberties Union, a Virginia 16-year-old GIRL has filed a federal lawsuit against HER school district, demanding SHE be allowed to use the boys restroom even though SHE was born FEMALE.”
Let’s get it correct the first time and stop pandering to their lunacy and mental issues….

The sea-lawyer wrangling in this thread doesn’t do much for me. Someone just let me know how much she settles for with the city and how much her take-home is after she splits it with the lawyer. ;)

Stuart Varney is one of the most impressive hosts I’ve seen on any network. He’s got great poise and I think he handled this quite professionally and bluntly. The little weasel he was interviewing pretty much lost all credibility when he alluded that this liberal democratic administration that has always been anti-fracking was somehow in cahoots to cover up water contamination. I’ve lived in areas like Stuart mentioned where the water was very hard and often hit gas pockets where you could open a faucet and light the gas coming out of the lines. Smelled of rotten-egg smell. Methane? Naturally occurring and 25 years before fracking was widely used.

Your responses for the most part throughout these thread come across as childish and petulant. (Google the meaning if you must.) You’ve repeatedly stated they weren’t flying near homes when there is a line of apartments along the street in camera-view. I get the feeling you are either involved in this, do something like the guys in the video often…or your IQ level is similar to that of most online trolls. (Spells pretty much non-existent, based on your very myopic viewpoint.) You can Google that one too if you need to.

My parents have moved back home to Missouri from corrupt Illinois. One brother still lives up there in that state and complains about it all the time. I moved around after getting out of the Marines and going to Florida and then DC…and now Alabama. I’ve tried to get them all to move down here to Alabama for exactly what you spoke of here at various times…however with 3 sons who were Marines and soldiers and one grandson in the Marines and all which can shoot, I’m thinking that should Missouri call, especially with our elderly parents there we would put boots on the ground within hours.
Granted, this is a bill, not a law and has almost 0% chance of passing, but I’m thinking some dems red-flagged their selves for a recall election.

I wouldn’t wipe my butt on most of what infowars posts and I’m a strong conservative. I was just a newspaperman too long to bother with someone like Alex Jones who I’ve caught in too many lies on articles where I was close to the source. Play fast and easy with the truth too long and no one will listen to you.

My dad picked cotton. Isn’t he good enough? He worked until he retired a few years ago and now at 75 he still works harder than anyone else I know. He didn’t live on government subsidies. He didn’t let the government tell him what to do, where to go, how many vehicles he could or couldn’t have one “welfare” or how much land he could own. In fact with an 8th grade education I think he did better than those on welfare today do.
Oh, wait, dad isn’t black. I guess that still makes him a racist since he worked in the fields with the black pickers and was actually poorer than they were. Anyone else know what a share-cropper is?

You are just about the perfect idiot. FOID cards are the very reason I refused to go back to IL when I got out of the Marine Corps. I moved to a state where 2nd Amendment Rights aren’t dictated by criminal Chicago politicians.
And in today's sad news... somewhere there is a village full of idiots who determined that Dick Durbin was the best they could find to represent them.
October 23, 2013 at 4:20pm
Oh Dick Durbin “wouldn’t name names,” …I haven’t been able to stand looking at him since a townhall in my home town in IL over 25 years ago. He’s a liberal Dem progressive and needs to be recalled.

Yes, my first thought was…if this clown had been wearing a George Bush mask it would have been perfectly fine. Grow a thicker hide, liberals, or go the hell home! Whiny little *****.

Marine 1 is exactly right. I’ll make him a bumper sticker that says… “My School Paid For This Vehicle!” ;)

VAMAN, I speak for myself, not for the Blaze readers, not even as a Christian, but as a very blunt Marine…you are a damn idiot. You have no idea what you are talking about. The WBC group is not Christian as they violate every single principle of Christianity.
They are an activist group hiding within a church shell. Nothing more. Terrorists of “radical Islam” stand a better chance of being labeled a “religious” group than Wesboro Baptist have of being a functional “Christian” or religious group. You should think before you talk and engage your ass cheeks.

One can only hope he gets a good judge who throws every damn charge out. I wonder if the daddies would have preferred high velocity lead poisoning for their kids instead of detaining them in a closet and calling the police. They were after all…armed with weapons that have killed more people than firearms….
Because you know if you had whipped their asses in most states, not being the parent, they would have filed charges of assault on a child against him.
States Attorneys need to start hammering these kinds of cases. Force the parents to serve time for what the kids do, AS WELL AS THE KIDS, and this **** will stop.

They aren’t going to be happy until they stir up another riot….
May 8, 2013 at 6:15pm
I bet they’d have been there faster if he fired a shot while on the phone with 911! …but then they’d have arrested him for discharging a firearm….
Marine, that's what I thought, too. If he wanted them quickly, fire a shot. He
could have said they came back and he had to fire another shot. Maybe that
would get him ''off the hook.'' But, I also heard him say ''shot'' on the 911 call.

Someone needs to encourage the families to file a lawsuit against the cops and city for not following through on the complains from years ago.
