One can only hope he gets a good judge who throws every damn charge out. I wonder if the daddies would have preferred high velocity lead poisoning for their kids instead of detaining them in a closet and calling the police. They were after all…armed with weapons that have killed more people than firearms….

Because you know if you had whipped their asses in most states, not being the parent, they would have filed charges of assault on a child against him.

States Attorneys need to start hammering these kinds of cases. Force the parents to serve time for what the kids do, AS WELL AS THE KIDS, and this **** will stop.

I’m of native American and European descent on both sides of the family. Cherokee on both sides, and Blackfoot on my father’s side. I had great grandparents who were forced down the Trail of Tears to live in Oklahoma, and some who hid out in Tennessee. I see nothing wrong with the name of this team. I lived in DC area for almost 6 years.

This is nothing more than the ass-hurt liberals that tried to change the name of the Atlanta Braves years ago because it “offended native Americans,” but when the when and polled local native Americans, they almost unanimously said, “We like the name of the team. It pays tribute to our people.”

I hate liberal ideology that thinks they can be intolerant to the thoughts and feelings of others and FORCE them to change over to their view whether they want to or not. They want to claim we are intolerant while being completely intolerant their selves.

Shove it up their six and keep on rolling with the punches! I’ve no time for liberal intolerance.
