Well, I do understand where you are coming from And you are correct to a point. But here in this case it is different And here is why, this was a “party” of people who were dining at this establishment And in most cases at any restaurant it is standard practice to charge an auromatic gratuity. I have worked in the service industry for 17 yrs And this is very common. And An %18 is actually lower than the more popular auto gratuity %20. They do this because waiting on ten people is alot more difficult than waitin on 3 or 4 people. We actually need to get all the facts in this particular case And find out how many people were in this dining party

yeah i know! i think people who throw tissue boxes are so evil and sick in the head! i mean just look at the damage that could be caused from a thrown tissue box at someones lap!!! he should be burned at the stake!!!
